With extensive operational and leadership experience working in partnership with numerous private equity shareholders (Hellman & Friedman, JMI Equity, Aurora Capital Group, KKR, Windjammer Capital, Serent Capital, PNC Riverarch Capital), Jesse has delivered consistent growth in shareholder value in both emerging / high-growth and mature market segments. He has strengthened organizations by attracting and developing top talent. He has also served as a member of multiple software / technology company Boards primarily focused on the P&C insurance claims / restoration services industry.

Jesse graduated from Harvard Business School and honed his leadership skills during his tenure at GE Capital, Bain & Company, Mitchell International and Serent Capital.
