Prior to joining Quad-C in 2012, Smith was a Senior Analyst at Fennebresque & Co., where he focused on advisory work in transactions including mergers and acquisitions and private capital raises across multiple sectors. Trace graduated summa cum laude with honors in finance from Wake Forest University, where he was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa and Beta Gamma Sigma honor societies. He is also a graduate of Woodberry Forest School, where he was a Noland Fellow.

Bringing 20 years of marketing, data analysis and risk management experience to Utility Service Partners from her management roles at HSBC Bank and CNG/Dominion, Tisha quickly created and executed a marketing strategy that keeps USP top of mind with municipal partners and homeowners alike. Alison Hawkins is a Chief Financial Officer at Next Glass and is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. She has worked as Cost Analyst at The Shaw Group and Senior Financial Analyst at Infinisource Inc. Alison works or has worked as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Infinisource Inc. She attended Vanderbilt University between 2005 and 2009.
