The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is eager to break into executive search and build a long-term career in recruiting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a sales-driven environment, enjoys relationship building, and wants a clear path to becoming a full-desk recruiter.
This position starts with a strong focus on new client development and evolves into managing both clients and candidates as you grow within the firm.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and prospect new client opportunities within targeted industries
Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
Learn the executive search process from end to end
Collaborate with senior recruiters and leadership to understand client needs
Gradually take on candidate sourcing, screening, and placement responsibilities
Work toward managing a full recruitment desk as part of your career progression

**Detailed Description**
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
+ Working with the Global Customer Business Unit team, supports any quote activity within a specific customer set.
+ Works with more senior Business Development / Sales team members to develop bids, proposals and presentation packages for customers.
+ Works with the Marketing group to research and summarize information relating to a specific customer's market, strategies and direction, market share, strengths, weaknesses and competition.
+ Applies knowledge to support the team in executing strategy.
+ Arranges and coordinates details pertaining to customer visits and audits (including confidentiality agreement activity, visit preparation and logistics).
+ Completes customer submitted surveys, self audit forms and information requests.
+ Tracks and presents win/loss analysis for the Global Customer Business Unit team.
+ Performs customer forecast rollups for the sites.
+ Collects, reviews and analyzes customer data and market intelligence from all sources.
**Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**
+ Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for the sale of single-family homes in designated communities. Coordinate all aspects of the home buying process to provide an outstanding customer experience. Ensure timely settlements to achieve monthly and annual goals. Performs general on-site administrative functions. Directs Sales Associates/Sales Assistants activities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Duties and Responsibilities
Meet or exceed monthly sales/settlement quota.
Provide excellent customer service
Greet all prospective customers.
Demonstrates model home; provides information on home features and benefits.
Provide information regarding community and surrounding area.
Ensures that model home site is well maintained and presentable.
Assist customer with selection of home site, house plan, and structural options.
Pre-qualify customer and complete contract worksheet.
Prepare all contracts addenda, color selections, etc. accurately and completely.
Assist customer with loan application, obtain deposits per company requirements, and expedite submission and approval.
Liaison with production team to assure planning and execution of building process.
Follow up with loans, contingent contracts, listings of re-sales, homeowners after settlement.
Participate in weekly sales meetings.
Recruit, retain and direct activities of Sales Associates/Sales Assistants
Performs other duties as assigned by management.

General Duties and Responsibilities:
Build rapport with prospective buyers, determine buyer's housing needs and interests, demonstrate our model home and/or inventory homes and lots based on the prospect's needs
Convert community traffic to sales at the projected ratio
Follow up with all potential buyers in order to convert to sales; prospect and develop referral contacts
Present the value of using our preferred lender and achieve the preferred lender capture rate goal
Ensure that all prospects fill out a Prospect Registration and enter all information into Hubspot
Manage buyer through the design, loan, start, construction, and closing process to ensure timely completion of buyer activities; coordinate appointments and follow up as needed
Maintain a constant line of communication with buyers and assist them through the entire process from prospect through closing and warranty; keep the customer informed of the status of home at each stage of the process
Troubleshoot and offer suggestions for solving any problems which may lead to a delayed closing; handle problems in a timely fashion
Maintain a high level of integrity and customer satisfaction, meet company goals for Closing Survey results
Develop a thorough knowledge of home features, options pricing, and design center selections and effectively communicate those to prospects and buyers
Know current market conditions; update CMA as required by Management
Host and attend realtor events; coordinate events such as model home grand openings and referral events
Qualifications:
1 or more years of history of high sales performance in new sales
Strong demonstration of the principles of product demonstration, sales techniques, and quality customer service
Strong verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to varying styles while projecting a positive image of the company
Must be skilled at persuasion, negotiation, resolving conflict, identifying the needs of others, and making effective presentations
Ability to work autonomously and be internally driven to meet goals which will lead to success in the position; must be organized and customer service oriented

Job Summary
The Sales Enablement Manager plays a critical role in accelerating sales performance by equipping revenue teams with the training, tools, insights, and certifications needed to succeed. This role owns the end-to-end enablement experience, from new hire onboarding to continuous education and GTM readiness. Onboarding and Continuous Training/Certification
Own & deliver new hire onboarding for roles such as account executives, business development representatives and account managers, ensuring all sales hires are prepared to deliver results quickly and effectively
Design and deliver continuous training and certifications to address ongoing developmental needs of sales teams, with a focus on scalability and measurable outcomes
Maintain, update, and improve training content such as sales playbooks, GTM certifications, and interactive e-learning materials within Docebo or similar LMS tools
Implement metrics to track the progress and effectiveness of training programs, ensuring high adoption rates and desired performance outcomes
GTM Launch & Sales Enablement Strategy
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Product teams to standardize and enhance the Go-To-Market (GTM) launch processes, ensuring alignment with the enablement strategy
Build and deliver standardized GTM-related resources to the sales organization, including certifications, modules, competitive playbooks, and other relevant enablement materials
