Focus on inspection of product at any point throughout the production process
Comfort learning and using precise measuring tools, micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.
Attention to detail, ability to visually inspect products for chips, cracks, defects, etc.
Remove non-conforming or defected products and notify appropriately to fix the problem.
Use some computer programs to document inspections, etc.
Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
Reliable transportation and reliable attendance are needed.
Must have a valid Driver's License.
Must own steel toes boots/shoes.
GED or High School Diploma required.
Minimum 1-year prior Manufacturing experience.
Strong computer skills.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Exceptional listening and probing skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

• Complete all supervisory responsibilities for classroom staff including but not limited to recruiting, one-on-one supervisions, performance evaluations, goals, and accountability.
• Participate in community and public relations events involving the school.
• Participate in recommended training programs, educational conferences, professional days, staff meetings, and other courses pertinent to professional growth.
• Complete all child-related paperwork on a daily basis.
• Attend and participate in all regular scheduled meetings and agency events.
• Maintain required credentials.
• Maintain confidentiality with children, families and staff.
Qualifications
• Must have current A to I Montessori Diploma or in the process of completing the diploma (AMI or AMS)
• Must meet or exceed the requirements for a CDA (or Group Leader Certificate, Early Childhood Teacher, etc.) or be able to obtain within one year of hire.
• 2-5 years of teaching experience with ages 0-3 preferred
• Experience and commitment to working with children and families of diverse populations.
• Must be motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must demonstrate a positive attitude with a commitment to customer service.
• Must demonstrate experience with leading a successful team.
• Must have oral and written proficiency in the English language.
• Must be able to work the hours of the position based on the organization's needs.
• Must have reliable transportation in order to complete home visits.
• Must have current Infant/Child CPR, First Aid, Universal Precautions or they must be obtained within the initial review period.
• Must complete clearance of a background check, post-offer, pre-employment physical, and TB test.

• Proven focus in metrics-driven delivery: defining Service Level Agreements (SLAs), monitoring SLAs, enhancing environment to meet SLAs.
• Experience in driving process and technology re-engineering using industry practices e.g., COBIT, ITIL, CMMi.
• Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Requires short term travel (5% travel)
