SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
The ISBL Field Operator ensures the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the RGLNG facility. This role is primarily field-based and involves conducting routine checks, monitoring equipment, supporting maintenance, and assisting internal and external support teams. The operator must be competent in starting, stopping, isolating, and troubleshooting process equipment while maintaining strong awareness of plant processes within the Pre-Treatment and Liquefaction areas of an LNG facility.
Th position requires daily interaction with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, HSSE, contractors, and vendors. Strong communication, safety awareness, and leadership skills are essential. Understand and apply RGLNG HSSE standards, Life Saving Rules, and Process Safety Fundamentals.
Monitor operational units-including Pre-Treatment, Liquefaction, Utilities, Storage, and Loading-to ensure stable, safe operation, report and correct deviations.
Execute field tasks to support safe production targets (Start-of-Shift Orientation, shift huddles, toolbox talks).
Maintain accurate shift logs; communicate effectively with incoming and outgoing Field Operators and the Field Supervisor.
Support safe and compliant start-up, operation, and shutdown of assigned units; recommend adjustments to procedures as needed.
Perform system and equipment isolation, permitting tasks, and preparation of unit-specific documentation for maintenance.
Participate in and respond to emergency situations as an Emergency Response Team Member; support ongoing ERT drills and training.
Lead or support Turnaround events, breakdown activities, mini-outages, campaign maintenance, and improvement projects.
Conduct field testing and collect process samples as scheduled or directed.
Create, review, and validate high-quality work orders.
Maintain good housekeeping, professional conduct, and proper care of plant assets.
Manage consumable materials and ensure adequate availability.
Support continuous improvement efforts during Commissioning, Start-up, and Ramp-up phases.
Apply troubleshooting skills to resolve operational issues safely and effectively.
MINUMUM REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED.
3+ years of field experience in LNG operations.
5+ years of field experience in gas treatment, compressor stations, petrochemicals, or LNG operations (combined experience acceptable).
LNG or Gas Processing commissioning and start-up experience (Petrochemical commissioning/start-up considered).
1+ year of APCI process experience.
Knowledge of gas pretreatment, liquefaction systems, turbine-driven refrigerant compressors, and associated field operations.
Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, PFDs, control narratives, Cause & Effect Matrices, OMMs, and equipment schematics.
Demonstrated commitment to personal, team, and process safety.
Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions and perform essential physical duties, including wearing required PPE.
This position requires the candidate to reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility in Brownsville, TX, as commuting is not an option. Relocation assistance will be provided to eligible candidates.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Experience working on large-scale LNG projects.
Strong background supporting maintenance operations and field troubleshooting.
Familiarity with LNG ship-loading operations, storage tank systems, and utilities.
Previous Emergency Response Team participation or relevant training.

Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or GED.
Experienced in the execution of mechanical maintenance activities.
Competent at interpreting Engineering Drawings and Documentation.
Exceptional working knowledge of CMMS systems (SAP or Similar)
Experience developing and reviewing critical Maintenance procedures.
Exceptional working knowledge of an MOC process.
Experience in frontline leadership during Turnarounds.
Relevant LNG Mechanical Pipefitter maintenance experience including Fabrication and/or repair of piping, etc. using various welding processes as required (SMAW, GTAW, GMAW) Blinding of pipes, vessels, tanks, exchangers, etc. to prepare equipment for operations and maintenance.
Mechanical LNG experience including Turbo machinery, compressors, loading arms, PSV's, pumps, motors, vessels, valves, actuators, fin fans and flange management a must.
Computer literate in word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must have a “hands-on” method of working.
Participate as a member of the Emergency Response Team (ERT) to support on-site emergencies.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
The Permit to Work Coordinator's primary role is to facilitate the implementation of the PtW work process and ensure all aspects of the system are in place, including risk assessments, mitigations plans, LOTO plans and ensure that controls are in line with the NextDecade RGLNG PtW manuals, procedures, and local regulations. SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
The OSBL Field Operator plays a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective operation of shipping, loading, and utility systems at the RGLNG facility. This position is field based, with a strong focus on LNG ship loading, marine operations, utility systems, and storage tank support. SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
The Maintenance Technician, Mechanical, conducts daily mechanical maintenance execution activities, ensuring safe, quality work practices are maintained while maximizing availability of equipment across the facility. The Senior Technician is part of the Mechanical extended leadership team and will have to provide coverage and support to the Supervisor during times of absence or high volume. Initial support and continued review of preventative & corrective Maintenance Plans.
Participate in the reviewing of maintenance documentation, such as WI's, JSA's and SWMMs, Permitting, red lining of documents.
Participate in the mechanical maintenance execution activities of all breakdowns, corrective, and preventative maintenance in the facility.
Provide support to turnarounds as required.
Responsible to safely complete all assigned activities to a high standard.
Perform Permit Holder requirements for the execution of work at RGLNG.
Maintain personal training and competency compliance.
Actively participate and actively all the required maintenance meetings, including HSSE meetings, prestart, tailgates, etc.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or GED.
Experienced in the execution of mechanical maintenance activities.
Competent at interpreting Engineering Drawings and Documentation.
Exceptional working knowledge of CMMS systems (SAP or Similar)
Experience developing and reviewing critical Maintenance procedures.
Exceptional working knowledge of an MOC process.
Experience in frontline leadership during Turnarounds.
Relevant LNG Mechanical Pipefitter maintenance experience including Fabrication and/or repair of piping, etc. using various welding processes as required (SMAW, GTAW, GMAW) Blinding of pipes, vessels, tanks, exchangers, etc. to prepare equipment for operations and maintenance.
Mechanical LNG experience including Turbo machinery, compressors, loading arms, PSV's, pumps, motors, vessels, valves, actuators, fin fans and flange management a must.
Computer literate in word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must have a “hands-on” method of working.
Participate as a member of the Emergency Response Team (ERT) to support on-site emergencies.
Ability to get Transportation Worker Identification Credentials (TWIC).

Technical degree in Industrial Mechanical or similar and NCCER (Millwright/Pipefitter/Boilermaker).
5+ years Hydrocarbon/Petrochemical experience in a Mechanical Maintenance Technician role.

The Lead Reliability Specialist is to support the Manager, Reliability in overseeing the Reliability Improvement process of Threats & Opportunities Management for Next Decade RGLNG facilities and attainment of Plant Reliability and Availability targets. SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
The Permit to Work Coordinator's primary role is to facilitate the implementation of the PtW work process and ensure all aspects of the system are in place, including risk assessments, mitigations plans, LOTO plans and ensure that controls are in line with the NextDecade RGLNG PtW manuals, procedures, and local regulations. The PtW Coordinator serves as the critical interface between Operations and Maintenance, ensuring safe, efficient, and prioritized execution of Permit and LOTO activities across production assets. The PtW Coordinator reports directly to Permit to Work Superintendent and will work with Operation and Maintenance Supervisors to ensure safe execution of work on the facility. The PtW Coordinator will be the custodian for all PtW/LOTO registers kept in the electronic control of work tool and ensure that registers are kept up to date. Confirm that permits and LOTOs are in full compliance with NextDecade's procedures and policies. Will coordinate the approval process and issuance of Permits and LOTOs with all project disciplines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Permit to Work Coordination and Compliance
* Manage and oversee the permit and LOTO process.
* Prepare, submit, and track permits, ensuring timely approvals.
* Lead daily permit to work status meetings.
* Maintain daily records of permit and LOTO status via electronic system.
* Prepare and present daily PtW reports and maintain detailed records of permit statuses.
* Serve as the point of contact for any permitting and LOTO requests.
* Own training plan and conduct all training courses including contractor Permit Holder/Requester, and Operator Qualification training.
* Support Operations training lead and operations trainers to identify PtW and safe isolation training requirements and assist and deliver training material.
* Assist with developing guidelines for integrating PtW systems with various HSSE/operations systems, including Barrier Management, Management of Change, Inhibit, and Override systems.

* Review and update all PTW documentation based on RGLNG PtW procedures and requirements.
* Set up the PtW system process flow using electronic PtW tools to accommodate normal operation and high permits count environment.
* Administer day-to-day implementation of PtW and safe isolation program.
* Smoothen the workload and effectiveness and efficiency of permit work process.
* Be the custodian of the portable gas detector equipment and make sure that all equipment is accounted for in the register and in test date.
* Assist with and implement NextDecade's transition PtW plan to be used during the early operation, and handover from EPC contractor's PtW system.
* Assist with PtW readiness plan to ensure the CSU roll-out will go smooth in context of the lessons learnt from previous mega projects.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
The Operations Maintenance Coordinator (OMC) serves as the critical interface between Operations and Maintenance, ensuring safe, efficient, and prioritized execution of maintenance activities across production assets. The OMC drives alignment between planning, scheduling, and execution teams. The role is pivotal in managing work prioritization, backlog, and risk profiles, while fostering continuous improvement, safety leadership, and team development. Operating primarily through influence, the OMC bridges the Operations and Maintenance team, ensuring seamless integration of maintenance strategies, turnaround planning, and operational readiness.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintenance Planning & Execution
Lead coordination between Production, Maintenance Scheduling, and Maintenance Execution to ensure effective work prioritization and execution.
Approve and support the 6-Week Frozen Schedule; deliver the 2-Week Integrated Schedule in collaboration with Maintenance and Production Supervisors.
Own and manage the Opportunistic Maintenance list and process.
Facilitate break in maintenance activities with Production, including prioritization and coordination of support teams.
Understand and manage impacts due to changes of the Ship Schedule on planned Maintenance tasks.
Support schedulers in developing executable, resource-loaded schedules through optimization techniques such as work order grouping and process system alignment.
Coordinate field activities such as the timely application / removal of isolations and linking Production and Maintenance tasks through robust planning and handover processes.
Working with the LNG Operations Specialist to plan and implement Plant Trials and MoCs, ensuring alignment with other maintenance activities.
The OMC is responsible for the screening, prioritization and approval of CM notifications (work requests).
In the scheduling activity, the OMC is responsible for determining if the draft schedules meet operational requirements based on priority and/or completion date and approves the schedule to be published by the Scheduler.
Coordinate the execution of work by tracking isolation and permit statuses against the scheduled execution of work.
Chemical and refrigerant management
Ensure chemical and refrigerant in storage is maintained at the desired levels and coordinate with the Operations teams on chemical and refrigerant delivery.
Turnaround & Activity Planning
As required, act as the operations interface during turnaround planning phases, identifying scopes and coordinating support resources.
Ensure alignment of maintenance activities with broader plant operations and long-term planning objectives.
Safety Leadership & Compliance
Maintain data visualization of out of service equipment, opportunistic maintenance and upcoming
Champion safety culture through toolbox talks, shift handovers, and active field presence.
Support and coach field supervision in incident investigations, action closures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure proper reporting and follow-up of all HSSE-related incidents.
Monitor and support site audits, permit-to-work processes, and isolation procedures.
Continuous Improvement & Strategy
Conduct routine audits of maintenance workflows and operational deliverables.
Facilitate After Action Reviews and apply learnings to standardize and improve maintenance and operational performance.
Recommend updates to work processes and permit systems to enhance safety, efficiency, and results.
Monitor KPIs and deliver performance reports to operations teams and asset leadership.
Team Leadership & Development
Provide coaching, mentoring, and leadership to Operations and Maintenance teams.
Support development of frontline staff and supervisors, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.
Model company values and behaviors, contributing to a respectful and inclusive team environment.
Operational Readiness & Support
Advise on CMMS build and PMTL creation during project execution phases.
Support startup readiness and recovery planning in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Contribute to reliability assessments, including bad actor analysis and equipment risk profiling.
Support the development and coordination of isolations and permits to ensure efficient maintenance execution.
MINUMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED
5+ years of LNG Operations experience.
In depth understanding of production/operation management, production/operation business process flow, and overall job execution workflow
Good leadership skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization
Ability to get a Transportation Worker Identification Credentials (TWIC)
Ability to manage alignment between large stakeholders
Time Management and effective communication skills
Computer literate, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Must reside in Brownsville, TX, relocation will be provided

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
The Maintenance Supervisor, Controls provides leadership and oversight of all control system maintenance execution activities including personnel, with the objective of ensuring safe, quality work practices while maximizing availability of equipment across the facility. Key Responsibilities
* Demonstrate proactive safety leadership to the Maintenance team.

* Responsible for the Control System maintenance execution activities.
* Provide support to the leadership of the Turnaround Team prior and during Turnarounds
* Lead Controls Systems teams in the execution of the major maintenance of plant and unit shutdowns.
* Responsible to safely complete all planned activities on the locked schedule, maximizing tool time and minimizing cost & deferrals.
* Stakeholder in the review of materials and parts optimization.
* Demonstrate continuous improvement, value adding programs and cost saving intiatives.
* Ensure NextDecade control system protocols are followed with respect to Bridging/Forcing and MOC procedures.

Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or GED.
* 5+ years LNG Export Facility experience in a Control Systems lead role, supervising maintenance personnel, with 10+ years' experience in LNG/Oil & Gas/Petrochemical industries in a supervisory position.
* Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Control System activities.
* Competent at interpreting Engineering Drawings and Documentation i.e. P&ID, ISO, GA, Logic, Control Narratives, Cause & Effect, Loop & Wiring, etc.
* Must have experience with the function testing and inspection of Safety Critical Elements (SCE), to meet Statutory and Federal Regulatory compliance.
* Experience in writing and reviewing/updating Safety Critical functional testing procedures.
* Experience in GOAL setting and performance management.
* Exceptional working knowledge of CMMS systems (SAP or Similar)
* Experience developing critical Maintenance procedures.
* Exceptional working knowledge of an MOC process.
* Experience in frontline leadership during Turnarounds.
* Relevant Control Systems LNG maintenance experience including Integrated Control & Safety Systems (DCS / SIS), PLC's is a must. ABB 800xa DCS and Mark VI is desirable
* Knowledge of flow computers, analyzers, gas turbines, fire & gas detection systems, control valves, anti-surge control, and field instrumentation knowledge is required.
