Bill Andrews - President and CEO - ExaGrid Systems Bill has over 30 years experience in high-tech marketing and has led numerous teams in high-growth companies. Bill has been leading the growth of ExaGrid systems for the past 13 years. Prior to ExaGrid, Bill was the vice president of marketing for Pedestal Software. Pedestal quickly became a leader in the security auditing space. Pedestal was acquired by Altiris, a public company. Before joining Pedestal Software, Bill was the senior vice president of marketing and sales for eDial, a developer of Voice over IP (VoIP) software. Prior to eDial, Bill was general manager of Adero's streaming media business unit. Bill came to Adero via Adero's acquisition of StarBurst. At StarBurst, Bill served as vice president of marketing and sales. Bill repositioned the company and guided StarBurst into an industry leadership position with 100 percent annual growth. Bill also held vice president of marketing and vice president of sales positions at Live Vault, Microcom and Bitstream. Earlier in his career, Bill held a series of marketing and sales roles at Data General and Compugraphic. He is a graduate of Fitchburg State College and holds a BS in Industrial Technology.

Adapx CEO and Chairman, Ken Schneider has 25 years of senior level P&L accountability and management experience in product management, marketing, business development, strategic planning, and product engineering delivery, for a wide range of multi-stage venture backed technology companies, industry sectors and SaaS economic models. He served in several Senior Director level roles at Microsoft Corporation including MSN , Consumer Products Divisions, Servers, Platforms and Tools, as well as World Wide Sales and Marketing groups. He was responsible for the launch of Microsoft’s worldwide E-commerce platform as well. Ken was president and founder of Advantage Factory, a Microsoft Certified Partner that provided professional services in program management, business analysis, business process re-engineering and delivering server-based software engineering solutions to enterprise and federal sector customers. He was President and Founder of Cognisoft Corporation, a web technology server applications company focused on the development of a suite of enterprise intranet/search products which was acquired by Verity Corporation. At verity, he served as Executive Vice President of the Applications Division. In addition, ken founded and served as chairman of the board for Smartpill Corporation, which developed an innovative non-invasive, medical device capsule technology for diagnosis of multiple disease states and disorders in the Human GI tract. Ken did his undergraduate work at the University of Oregon and has an MBA from the Pepperdine University School of Business. Ken has also held Director level product management and marketing roles at Nissan Motor Corporation and with the San Francisco Giants Baseball franchise.
