Position Specific Description This position oversees the strategic resolution of customer SAP access issues and the final implementation of role / process / policy enhancements, while ensuring continued compliance and alignment of SAP Access Governance for the entity as a whole, with few exceptions. The primary focus of this role is to be the Company's subject matter expert (SME) over Business and/or Technical Roles and to be the primary driver of access role governance evaluations to ensure SAP access assigned to users throughout the Company is aligned with their role. Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities * Supports customer access issues for all assigned areas of SAP, including financial areas of S4, BPC/BW4, BOBJ, SRM, SRM BW, SAC, GRC, except for CAMS and HR * Partners with IT and other business professionals to troubleshoot and resolve ancillary access related issues * Drive the creation or changes of technical roles by identifying the roles risk impacts, mappings, and removals, including Fiori. * Supports leadership navigating through Forecasting/Reporting solution changes to facilitate the agreed solution and map access to the technical role or create a new technical role that will be assigned to a business role * Oversee technical compliance reviews * Support Fiori changes or other technical model changes * Guides end users on logical access best practices and promotes sensible governance practices * Evaluates and proposes changes to the Segregation of Duties (SOD) ruleset * Provides management with insight as to best practices for SAP Data Governance * Review and validate technical changes and final risk of security Rev-Tracs for SOD impact and Business Governance oversight * GRC Business Role Access Approval for a majority of Finance related personas as well as Company code enablers * Performs and facilitates the GRC business role owner review / updates.
