**Job Overview**
The duties of this classification include all of the functions of the Utilityworker classification plus higher skill level activities such as painting, building maintenance, asbestos abatement, scaffold building, equipment demolition, insulation work,and carpentry. Training will be provided by the company for any special skills required to perform the assigned tasks. This classification works under the direction of the Maintenance Leader or crew leader, however they may take direction from a journey level employee. This classification may work as a Utilityworker to assist a journey level employee working on production equipment. This individual will be required to travel to other locations as workload requires.

1) Painting, building maintenance, asbestos abatement, scaffold building, equipment demolition, insulation work and carpentry.

The Maintenance Worker position is based out of our Martin Plant in Indiantown, FL.
**Job Overview**
The duties of this classification include all of the functions of the Utilityworker classification plus higher skill level activities such as painting, building maintenance, asbestos abatement, scaffold building, equipment demolition, insulation work,and carpentry. Training will be provided by the company for any special skills required to perform the assigned tasks. This classification works under the direction of the Maintenance Leader or crew leader, however they may take direction from a journey level employee. This classification may work as a Utilityworker to assist a journey level employee working on production equipment. This individual will be required to travel to other locations as workload requires.

We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Maintenance Leader. The selected candidate for this position will be responsible for managing the maintenance program for a 4x1 Combined-Cycle Power Plant and two Conventional Boiler units in Parrish, Florida.
Job Summary
This position is responsible for executing both short-term and long-term maintenance strategies ensuring that all activities are conducted following corporate policies and all applicable local, state, and federal permits, codes, standards, and regulations. As a Leader this person will be responsible for the direct supervision and performance management of maintenance employees, both bargaining unit and exempt. The successful candidate will work with the Plant Manager to successfully implement the maintenance plan, ensuring that all budget targets are met.

* Ensure a short-range maintenance work plan is effectively functioning as a cohesive plan across all plant departments, including planning, scheduling, procurement of materials and contract labor
* Review and provide feedback on the long-term maintenance strategy
* Responsible for all contract administration
* Lead site for short notice outage planning to ensure budget optimization and effectiveness of all expenditures
* Work with the Central Maintenance Team, site personnel and contractors as needed to plan and execute all major maintenance and other planned outages as site lead
* Provide oversight and strategic direction for maintaining all maintenance procedures
* Provide leadership and precise decisions when serving as on call manager
* Set clear expectations for team members and contractors

+ Repairs, replaces, troubleshoots, calibrates and maintains power plant Instrumentation & Control equipment and systems
+ Utilizes/operates various types of test instruments. Uses hand, power, tools/equipment necessary to support a safe and productive work environment
+ Candidates will be required to take and pass the MASS Test and also be Hands-On tested to demonstrate knowledge and craft skills
