KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides maintenance support for assigned assets such as, but not limited to, natural gas processing plants, pipelines, compressor stations. Assets typically consist of site, site structures, buildings and industrial equipment which varies by asset's functionality. Performs preventative and predictive maintenance and repairs on facility-specific equipment. Conducts condition monitoring with performance assessment software. Review diagnostics to understand current health of equipment. Assists with equipment re-builds. Supports asset's air quality monitoring program by maintaining and repairing leaking equipment such as, but not limited to, valves, pumps, and connectors. Maintains complete, accurate and regulatory-compliant documentation. Equipment Maintenance: Develops knowledge of and ability to perform asset-specific preventative and predictive maintenance to assure equipment operation at acceptable performance levels. Repairing: Develops knowledge of and ability to repair machines, devices and equipment based on electrical and/or mechanical principles to diagnose malfunctions. Conducts tests and inspections to evaluate quality or performance. Watches gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure machine/device/equipment is working properly. Able to read, interpret and engineering drawings, diagrams, and schematics. Safety: Applies in difficult or complex situation's ability to recognize safety risks in operational activities and use appropriate measures to control and manage identified risks. Safety Awareness: Ability to recognize and identify potential hazards. Evaluates changes in work environment with respect to impact on safety of self and others. The team maintains and operates 6,700 miles of gas transmission pipeline, 43,000 miles of distribution main, 3.6 million gas services, three PG&E-owned storage facilities with 102 BCF capacity, nine compressor stations with 175K HP, and 5,000 measurement and control facilities. Position Summary The Quality Assurance (QA) Auditor performs QA oversight and/or audits of program compliance to ensure processes, systems, structures and/or components meet required specifications. The QA Auditor develops clear and concise written reports which describe audit findings and are used to communicate to various levels of management. The QA Auditor develops and updates internal auditing and quality improvement processes and strives to verify and document PG&E's overall effectiveness related to regulatory mandates and internal compliance standards. The QA Auditor may work with regulatory agencies on inspections or audits and provide information to them as required. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. What You'll Be Working On Originate new business opportunities for the platform, including sourcing, initial due diligence, term sheet/LOI structuring, and internal approvals Lead the development and execution of Crusoe's multi‑billion dollar data center campuses, from initial planning through delivery Manage project‑level joint venture agreements, lease documents, loan agreements, and entitlement approvals Serve as the primary point of contact with lenders, tenants, government agencies, and internal stakeholders Direct construction managers, engineering teams, and third‑party consultants Build and maintain master project schedules, aligning design, permitting, and construction milestones Identify and proactively resolve execution risks before they impact delivery Help scale Crusoe's real‑estate investment function by mentoring future hires and contributing to long‑term org design What You'll Bring to the Team Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate acquisitions and development roles, preferably in office, industrial, life sciences, or infrastructure Strong working knowledge of term sheet/PSA negotiations, JV structuring, lease negotiations, construction contracts, and financing Extensive transaction experience in acquisitions and dispositions and/or large scale development project oversight end‑to‑end Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels with limited oversight Background in institutional real estate investment or development or commercial real estate transactions advisory Experience working in entrepreneurial environments with a bias toward action Based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area Bonus Points: Prior exposure to data centers or digital infrastructure Experience with carried interest structures or performance‑driven incentive programs Familiarity with utility coordination, permitting timelines, and municipal approval processes Benefits Industry competitive pay Restricted Stock Units in a fast growing, well‑funded technology company Health insurance package options that include HDHP and PPO, vision, and dental for you and your dependents Employer contributions to HSA accounts Paid Parental Leave Paid life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability Teladoc 401(k) with a 100% match up to 4% of salary Generous paid time off and holiday schedule Cell phone reimbursement Tuition reimbursement Subscription to the Calm app MetLife Legal Company paid commuter benefit; $300/month Compensation Range Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $180,000-$270,000 + Bonus.
