Cons of working at Florida Power and Light

As a nuke worker. Treated like a tool, by upper and senior management. Training is a not good. grab a book an learn, make mistakes and get displayed you did wrong. Don’t learn from errors and hide the true about what mistakes happened instead of learning how to prevent them.
