I am the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of NextHome Inc., a progressive real estate franchise with consumer focused branding, technology and marketing. Our flexible pricing model and competitive programs empower our brokers and agents to provide excellent service without compromise.We focus on collaborative partnerships and effective products for business development, growth and relevance. Our franchises and agents are the focal point, and the most valuable source of guidance, knowledge and information for buyers and sellers. #humansoverhousesI've been in the franchise business since 2006, originally joining Realty World Northern California & Nevada as Director of Technology and strategy, where I was promoted to Vice President five years later. In May 2014, I cofounded NextHome and ran both brands until 2020, when Realty World International acquired the region back. In January 2015, I launched NextHome as an independent national real estate franchise, to date opening 500+ offices in 48 states, creating a network of more than 4,600 members. Keith Robinson is a Chief Strategic Officer at NextHome, Inc.; Contributor at SmartZip; and Vice President of Strategy at NextHome, Inc. and is based in Dublin, California. He has worked as Chief Strategic Officer at AMC Alameda Mortgage Corporation Since 1968, Chief Operations Officer at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate | Mason McDuffie, and Vice President at Northpoint. Keith studied at Missouri Southern State University between 1991 and 1995.

Tei Baishiki are a Chief Operating Officer at NextHome, Inc. and are based in Pleasanton, California. They have worked as Chief Operating Officer at Realty World Northern California & Nevada and Chief Executive Officer at VREO, Inc.. Tei attended California Polytechnic State University between 1997 and 2001.
