What You'll Be Doing:
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email marketing, networking, and other outbound prospecting and lead generation strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand the competitive landscape in the intralogistics industry.
• Prudence in tracking sales enablement metrics and KPIs is vital to the growth and success of the sales enablement function.
• Design and deploy programs, tools, and initiatives that help my sales teams execute their core responsibilities.
• Defining current partners. (Incumbent MHE provider, systems provider).
• Nurture relationships with potential clients, responding to inquiries, and providing introductory information about our forklift solutions.
• Track and report on leads and sales activities, maintaining up-to-date information in the company's CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with associated Sales Team members to ensure a smooth transition of leads into the sales pipeline.
• Generating qualified meetings with influencers and decision makers for Outside Sales Reps based off cold calling/prospecting.
• Manage CRM database with any customer data/lead generation.
• Use sales enablement tools to generate leads and build out prospecting reports.

What to Expect?
The Inside Sales Associate works with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.
On a daily basis our Inside Sales Associate:
Establishes relationships with customers by assisting walk-in and phone customers, representing the company in a professional manner.
Processes, pulls and distributes customer products quickly and efficiently.
Handles questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Accurately performs data entry of sales orders to generate an invoice of products ordered to be picked up or delivered. Secures payment of invoice with proper funds or obtain credit authorization in accordance with company policy.
Evaluates and determines disposition of warranty items handled at the counter, as prescribed by the manufacturer's warranty policy and customer needs.
Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of vendor's production and delivery schedules.
Assists in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties.
What You Will Need:
High school diploma or GED.
1+ years related inside sales experience preferred.
The ability to move 100 pounds with a dolly.
Strong counter "presence" and the ability to deal directly with customers for a large portion of the day.
Strong customer-service attitude.
Good computer skills including MS Office programs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment dealing with inventory, product allocations and customer issues.
Familiarity with a related product line such as pool supplies, parts, chemicals or pool construction helpful.

About the Role
The Inside SalesRepresentative (ISR) plays a critical support role within our sales team. You'll work directly with our PSG Project SalesRepresentatives (PSRs) to develop relationships with the clients assigned to each PSR, provide accurate estimates and proposals, support CRM updates, and ensure project scope alignment. You'll also serve as a resource to help the sales team manage the project cycle, develop project scope documentation, and strengthen client engagement.

What You'll Do
· Collaborate with assigned PSRs to support the development of building automation system proposals and estimates.
· Review facility conditions at a building with a detailed overview of the existing HVAC BAS and detailing of systems that may be obsolete, failed or need replacement
· Assist in scope creation, review, and pricing for new projects or controls retrofits.
· Help develop and maintain customer relationships through timely support, documentation, and communication.
· Work with CRM (Salesforce) to track leads, update opportunities, and document pipeline activity.
· Prepare and revise proposals based on customer feedback and PSR guidance.
· Support the Sales Turnover Process by helping transition sold projects to operations.
· Stay informed of market developments and help PSRs adapt to changing client or industry needs.
