We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to lead operations at our eBOS manufacturing facility. This role will oversee a team of Production Supervisors and Process Engineers, ensuring the successful execution of the production schedule, driving operational effectiveness, and continuously improving manufacturing processes. The Production Manager will collaborate closely with maintenance, quality, and other cross-functional teams to achieve production targets and maintain world-class standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead daily production operations to ensure the on-time and efficient execution of the production schedule. The Performance Engineering and Control team's goal is to develop algorithms and controls for an all-in-one PV only, Storage only and PV+Storage power block offering to our customers. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Systems Regulatory Engineer to support the deployment and grid-integration of large-scale PV and Energy Storage systems.
