Fran Harding is an innovative, results-proven senior finance professional with nearly 30 years of entrepreneurial and leadership experience working with technology companies in rapidly growing markets. Served in CFO, Controller and Chief Accountant roles with public and private companies, ranging from start-ups, turn-arounds, and market leaders with up to multi- billion dollars of revenue with emphasis on controls, cash management, financing, strategic planning , short term budgeting , and ERP/ IT systems.

Diversified experiences in financial, strategic and operational roles over the past twenty years has been with multi- technology enabled companies in wireless telecommunications markets focused on semiconductors, mobile devices, spectrum acquisition, technology licensing and network build-out and operations across global markets.

Extensive background in global operations, including Board and CFO responsibilities in Canada, Chile, Ukraine, Mexico, Taiwan, Argentina, Germany, Austria, Japan, India, China, Switzerland, Croatia, Slovakia, and Norway.

Operational expertise in building world class financial and operational teams capable of profitably scaling with revenue expansion, while meeting objectives of investors, shareholders, and other stakeholders.Team player and consensus builder, well versed in adapting to rapid changes in tactics and strategies. Mr. Harding has vast experience interacting with Boards of Directors, Auditors, Investors, Private Equity sponsors and all levels of employees and management.

After earning a B.S. in Mathematics, served as a US Naval Officer and achieved an MBA-Finance; Mr. Harding has spent his career in high technology ventures having steered through many challenges with exceptionally well positioned companies. He possesses a thorough understanding of the risks and integrated relationships of product development, sales and marketing, time to market, supply chains and controls in highly competitive growth markets.
