Position Summary We are seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Provide nursing care in alignment with Texas state practice guidelines and hospital policies. Maintain detailed knowledge of patients' medical histories, progress, and treatment goals. Assess patients, make prompt clinical decisions, and implement appropriate nursing interventions. Recognize and respond quickly to changes in condition, including emergencies such as cardiopulmonary arrest. Prepare patients for activities and accompany them when required. Coordinate care with ancillary departments to ensure optimal outcomes. Qualifications Education & Licensure Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas (or compact license). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Patient de-escalation training (SAMA) required within 30 days of hire. Experience Minimum one (1) year in an acute, post-acute, or pediatric setting preferred Skills & Attributes Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making abilities. Position Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care to individuals with complex medical, neurodevelopmental, and psychiatric needs. Working under the supervision of Nursing Leadership, the RN ensures safe, evidence-based, and compassionate care in accordance with state nursing practice standards. This role is integral to the success of our interdisciplinary team, supporting the medical and behavioral stability of every patient. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and the Texas Nurse Practice Act. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments - including medical history, physical exams, and mental health evaluations. Develop and implement individualized care plans that address both medical and psychiatric needs. Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions safely and accurately. Monitor and document patient responses, interventions, and progress within established timelines.
