Brian Matthew Krzanich (born May 9, 1960) is an American engineer and businessman currently serving as the chief executive officer of CDK Global. Krzanich joined Intel as an engineer in 1982 and served as chief operating officer (COO) before being promoted to CEO. As CEO, Krzanich was credited for diversifying Intel's product offerings and workforce. However, during Krzanich's term as CEO, Intel went through major restructurings and pulled out of the mobile chip market. Because of Krzanich's decisions, Intel also struggled to produce 10-nanometer chips, compared to chip manufacturers TSMC and Samsung, resulting in numerous delays and a loss of market share in the computer chip business to rivals like AMD.

I am the CEO of Epicor Software Corporation, a global leader providing flexible, industry-specific software designed around the needs of manufacturing, distribution, retail, and service industry customers. During my over 20 years in the technology sector, I have worked on many different levels within a company. In fact, my first job out of college was on the factory floor at Procter and Gamble. While there, I saw first-hand the power software had to solve business problems. I made the decision to leave for Harvard Business School, where I obtained my MBA in Accounting and Finance. Since then, I served in various sales and operations leadership positions at Oracle, Sun Microsystems, and Manugistics.Before joining Epicor, I served as president of OpenText, a $2B global leader in enterprise information management with 12,000 employees worldwide, where I was responsible for all customer-facing activities including sales, marketing, partners and alliances, global technical services, customer support, professional services, sales operations and cloud services. During my time at OpenText, I delivered outstanding operational performance and was instrumental in the completion and integration of four major acquisitions. As CEO of Epicor since the fall of 2017, I am responsible for setting the strategic direction and operation results for the company. While we are privately held and do not disclose detailed revenue information, Epicor has expanded profit margins over the past three years and generated mid-to-high single digit growth. In 2020, we are expected to exceed $1 billion in revenue. Leslie Stretch joined the Board of Directors in February of 2021. Mr. Stretch, who has had a storied career leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) organizations, is currently president and chief executive officer at customer experience (CX) management leader, Medallia, which he took public in 2019. Mr. Stretch joined Medallia in 2018 and guided the company to a successful IPO in July 2019. The company has emerged as a leader in the Customer and Employee Experience management platform market; in December, the company was named a Leader in Gartner’s first Magic Quadrant for Voice of the Customer and has an enterprise value north of $7 billion. Prior to Medallia, Mr. Stretch was the President and CEO of Callidus Software, an early leader in the sales commissions space, for 11 years. Callidus was acquired by SAP for $2.6B in 2018.
