The Forklift Operator II is responsible for operating material handling equipment for the purpose of moving, locating, relocating, stacking and counting merchandise. The Operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the forklift and may also be required to perform order filler or order checker duties in addition to his or her own. This position is responsible for operating multiple types of forklift equipment and ability to operate within a rack warehouse environment. Forklift operator needs to be able to operate sit-down/standup, clamp, cherry and reach equipment. Forklift certification required on at least 3 pieces of equipment. Must operate as their scope of work fifty percent or more of their time on these types of equipment.
Qualifications
* High School Diploma/GED preferred.
* At least 1 year forklift experience and/or using warehouse distribution equipment
* Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours.
* Must be able to lift and/or pull 50 lbs. without restriction.
* Regular bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head.
* Walking in the DC and around area with great frequency, facilities are over a quarter mile in length.
* Should be able to work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting conditions and temperature variation and able to access all areas of building without limitations.
* Ability and availability to work irregular or extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
* Must have attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and basic math skills

SUMMARY:
The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager of the Service Center in the leadership and implementation of the plant's processes and KPIs to ensure the plant delivers to defined and set targets. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
2-to-4-year degree in management or equivalent experience.

At least 5+ years of previous management experience in a high-volume production/warehousing facility is required.
Experience managing 100+ personnel in a high-volume 24-hour production/warehouse environment required.
Safety program management experience required.

The Forklift Operator II is responsible for operating material handling equipment for the purpose of moving, locating, relocating, stacking and counting merchandise. Responsibilities

NFI driver expectations and requirements:
Perform all duties safely and responsibly.
Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or customer rules, standards and guidelines.
Physically capable to perform all job duties, which includes moving frequently, standing, walking, and sitting. The associate is frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and to reach with hands and arms. The associate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs/23kg and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs/45kg.
Ability to report all problems with equipment, as well as accidents, traffic violations, and damage before, during and after route.
Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle and safely and frequently enter/exit the vehicle as well as the rear cargo area.
Ability to perform routes, pickups & deliveries based on customer requirements.
