Pros of working at NFI Massachusetts

Some staff are the best people you will meet.

Cons of working at NFI Massachusetts

But then you have the older staff that been there for almost 20 years or more and they just don’t get it anymore especially Joel Aufiero. He acts like he wants to help you but in reality he will interrogate you and try his best to make you lose your job. As well they need to pay more they act because they are non- profit they don’t have money just look at their revenue I will Guarantee you they have more.

What leadership lol please don’t get me started just with Lydia Todd. But Eric is great guy.

How did you prepare for the NFI Massachusetts interview?

Interview are ok but once you get the job be prepared to train with Joel which a lot of it does not make sense. And just out of date just an old dog that obviously couldn’t handle the kids back then and Guarantee you he can’t now. So they made him a Trainer

What brings you the most joy at NFI Massachusetts?

Co workers mostly is why I stay if it wasn’t for them I would have ran oready
