John S. Mengucci is Chief Operating Officer and President of U.S. Operations for CACI International Inc. In this role, he has primary responsibility for all of the company's domestic, federal, state, and local markets and oversees the company's main business groups - Enterprise Solutions and Services; Healthcare, Litigation, and Enterprise IT; Mission Solutions and Services; National and Cyber Solutions; and National Services. Mr. Mengucci possesses a strong track record of developing and implementing successful growth strategies and managing large operations for peak performance to continue CACI's sustained growth and success. Prior to joining CACI, Mr. Mengucci was President of the Lockheed Martin Corporation's Information Systems and Global Solutions - Civil Product Line. In this position, he led a 13,000-person, $4 billion business area. His group served clients such as the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Federal Aviation Administration, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, and many other federal agencies. He oversaw additional growth markets as well as investments in health, energy, and financial markets. Mr. Mengucci's previous positions at Lockheed Martin included serving as President of Information Systems and Global Solutions - Defense. In this role, his responsibilities included the execution and growth of a $3.5 billion business area providing intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance; command and control; data fusion; and IT solutions and services to domestic and international defense departments. Before this, Mr. Mengucci held increasingly responsible executive roles with Lockheed Martin, beginning with his position as director of Martin Marietta Corporation's Electronic Systems Radar Product Support Division in 1992. Mr. Mengucci's professional and community affiliations include having served as a board member for the United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania and Delaware Valley Junior Achievement; sitting on the board of directors for the Tech America Public Sector Board and the RTCA NextGen Advisory Committee; and serving as a youth travel soccer coach and recreational baseball coach. He has received the President's Volunteer Service Award every year since 2006. Mr. Mengucci holds a bachelor of science degree in computer science from Clarkson College of Technology and a master's of business administration in organizational management from Syracuse University.

In his last Navy tour, Tom served as program manager for a complete redesign and fielding of the Marine Corps’ newest helicopters, the AH 1Z and UH 1Y. Tom continues to serve our nation’s warfighters as CEO of one the fastest-growing companies providing cutting edge solutions to our Armed Forces. During his time as CEO, Tom has overseen a more than tenfold growth in Precise Systems’ workforce, capabilities, and customer base. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Georgia, a Master of Arts in Management from Central Michigan University, and a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering (Avionics Specialty) from the Naval Postgraduate School.
