The Assistant Distribution Coordinator role will assist and support the business' back office functions, performing functions around Bills of Lading ("BOLs") procurement, review, and entry into Centennial's revenue distribution system, Solarc Right Angle ("SRA"), with a focus on blending customers in the New York Harbor (NYH). Additionally, the role will be a key figure in handling customer requests for items such as BOLs and clarity as to the contract application of those BOLs, and reconciliation and reporting of contract application in SRA compared to orders scheduled. Lastly, the role will assist in overseeing the payment and approval of ancillary costs associated with railcars and the rail industry in general, including updating fuel surcharges, demurrage and detention charges, and empty mileage and/or mileage equalization.

+ E-file paperwork on internal network, provide to customs and send to customers as necessary.
+ Perform periodic reconciliations between actual shipments as entered into SRA and what was ordered/tracked, and work internally with schedulers to resolve differences and adjust orders, as needed.
+ Assist with maintaining accurate freight rates in SRA, as needed.
+ Work with other distribution coordinators in the department to achieve department goals and objectives and cover other workload when they are on vacation or out ill.
+ Other duties may be assigned according to business necessity.

The Inventory Cycle Counter is responsible for conducting daily cycle counts of finished goods and/or raw materials inventory to assess the accuracy of on-hand levels. Results are recorded and variances investigated. The position will use systematic problem-solving skills to identify root causes of the variances. Results of root cause investigations will be shared with process owners so that corrective actions can be implemented. Variances will be reconciled, and results provided to Management.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Conducts blind counts of on-hand inventory.
Uses pallet jacks and/or forklifts to move material as needed to assure accurate counts are performed.
Enters all relevant cycle count data into Syteline ERP system.
Conducts recounts of variances from un-posted cycle counts that do not meet acceptance criteria.
When needed, uses transaction history in Syteline ERP system to identify potential causes of variances.
Reports results, findings, an action to Inventory Strategy Manager.
Performs root cause analysis related to cycle count inaccuracies.
Communicates analysis results with process owners so they can improve processes.
Reconciles cycle counts in Syteline ERP system.
Posts cycle counts in Syteline ERP system.
Assists in preparation and execution of scheduled physical inventory counts.

Essential Functions
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise field technicians, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope.
Perform and oversee high-voltage and control voltage field operations, including transformer testing, grounding, and troubleshooting of 600V systems.
Coordinate with utility and telecommunications providers to ensure compliance with network and electrical specifications.
Conduct field quality control inspections, ensuring adherence to engineering and safety standards.
Manage the tracker for field activities, schedules, and project status.
Plan and schedule technician site visits, arrange travel, and assign project tasks.
Conduct site and field testing and assist with Statement of Work (SOW) reviews.
Train new employees on safety protocols, high-voltage procedures, and field testing standards.
Support new project deployment and system upgrades, ensuring all field equipment meets operational requirements.
Manage PPE inventory and equipment calibration, ensuring certifications and recertifications are up to date.
Conduct regular field employee quality control visits.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in field operations, utility deployment, or high-voltage electrical systems.
Proven hands-on experience with control voltage and transformer testing.
Working knowledge of 600V electrical systems and field safety standards.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Management Responsibility

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time salaried position. Hours will vary based on project schedules, field activities, and client requirements. Flexibility is required to meet business and operational needs.
Travel
This role requires regular travel within the Carolinas or Texas region, up to 50%, to support project deployment, field oversight, and client site visits.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred
