The nursing home that i work at is very accommodation

Poor pay for work, and poor insurance - keeps going up but only get pennies for raises.

Accommodation for kids but that's it. only working to attempt to keep bills paid. Barely making it...

They are pathetic, the corporate office has no clue how their facilities are ran.

Make the corporate office see how their facilities are ran 1st hand.

you don't, we hire anyone that can pass a drug and background check.

no good, we have a large overturn rate. pay isnt work the work or insurance.

The management sucks takes a month to get direct deposit set up they seem not to care about the employees or the residents for that fact housekeeping sucks at the facility I work at the admissions person gets a bonus on her check for every person she puts in a bed the administrator gets a bonus at the end of the year for every bed that's filled it's like they're merchandise and not people I guarantee you not one of them could tell you exactly how their residents like being taken care of

The management is awful. Don't care about employees. Some come in drunk. Expect you to work everyday.
