The management sucks takes a month to get direct deposit set up they seem not to care about the employees or the residents for that fact housekeeping sucks at the facility I work at the admissions person gets a bonus on her check for every person she puts in a bed the administrator gets a bonus at the end of the year for every bed that's filled it's like they're merchandise and not people I guarantee you not one of them could tell you exactly how their residents like being taken care of
