Systems & Warehouse Manager
Oversees, manages and directly drives continuous improvement for utilizing, however not limited to: Warehouse management systems (WMS) functionality, business analytics, network resources, offering and/or implementing solutions that align with business directed goals. Production Operator (Line 4)
Performs a variety of tasks requiring knowledge of production processes and responsible for day to day operations associated with the production lines.
Essential Functions
* Responsible for overall maintaining of a production line, including starting and stopping of all equipment (palletizers, carton makers, carton sealers, drop packers, injection, etc.) as applicable.
* Ability to perform minor adjustments to production equipment as directed. No mechanical work is to be performed without prior approval.
* Responsible for accurately completing and updating information forms and logs such as Machine Report, Quality Report, Downtime Report and Carton Top Load Report
* Ability to recognize unsafe conditions and actions and follow plant safety rules including safe lifting practices and safe machine operations. Personal protective equipment is to be used where required.
* Housekeeping: maintain general housekeeping in all areas of production, including the break rooms and rest rooms. Bale plastic, cardboard and contaminated bottles when needed; grind bottles when needed.
* Raw materials: keep bottle caps, labels, cartons, trays, tray and pallet wraps (plastic rolls), pallet glue for hot melt tanks, slip sheets, etc. in adequate amounts to ensure continuous smooth running of equipment and operation.
* Maintain quality requirements in accordance with company standards; accurately filling out hourly inspection sheets based on overall production quality. Responsible for recognizing and reporting all quality defects immediately.
* Ability to work in multiple areas of production with minimal supervision; perform relief duties when required
* Ability to troubleshoot minor production equipment issues in all areas and collaborate with maintenance team as necessary.

The Sr. Maintenance Technician-PLC has strong working knowledge of all operating systems in the plant including but not limited to Allen Bradley (AB), B&R automation, Siemens, and Zenon. Sr. Maintenance Technician-PLC acts as a subject matter expert on behalf of the plant in frequency drives, human machine interface (HMI), plant operating systems and data collection/system backups. Sr. Maintenance Technician-PLC performs troubleshooting and repair of facilities and auxiliary equipment and general electrical maintenance of the building and grounds. The Sr. Maintenance Technician-PLC works directly with Maintenance Technicians, machine Operators, Supervisors and Managers to resolve both electrical and mechanical issues. Sr. Maintenance Technician-PLC develops and implements best practices aligned with Niagara's maintenance strategies. Through the use of preventative and predictive maintenance processes, the Sr. Maintenance Technician - PLC champions continuous improvement efforts and assists with training in their focus areas.
Essential Functions
* Adhere to and enforce highest standards in safety and good manufacturing practices plant-wide
* Train and lead Operators, Mechanics and Supervisors on technical procedures related to high-speed bottle manufacturing and packaging
* Work directly with plant leadership to develop and execute projects involving continuous improvement, upgrades, and the resolution of re-occurring problems
* Rapid identification of machine problems to minimize equipment downtime with root cause analysis conducted to prevent re-occurrence
* Partner with other Sr. Maintenance Technician to resolve cross-functional problems
* Use of available software systems to analyze and identify issues to drive throughput performance
* Define requirements and lead overhaul efforts to rebuild equipment to like-new status during planned downtime
* Transfer knowledge to Niagara team members to develop operating and troubleshooting procedures in the following areas of bottling production specialization:

* Filling/capping, beverage processing methods, cap feeding systems with light closures, vision inspections systems and laser date coders, quality/sanitation standards, and conveying systems
* Labeling technology, roll-fed and/or cut and stack, machine set-up, hot melt gluing systems, and conveying systems
* Dry-end packaging including case packers, case conveyors, conventional and robotic palletizers, and stretch wrappers. Machine set-up required for all pack size changes

* Transfer knowledge to Niagara team members to develop operating and troubleshooting procedures in the following areas of injection technology:
* Husky injection molding machines consisting of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems
* Auxiliary systems including resin handling/blending, resin drying, dehumidification, vision inspection, conveying, and cooling systems
* Mold systems, internal hot runner and cold half maintenance, identification of component wear and troubleshooting through detailed inspection of produced products
* Plastic processing at high speeds while maintaining tight part tolerances and acceptable levels of acetaldehyde (AA)

Finance Analytics Manager (Onsite in Lancaster, TX)
The Finance Analytics Manager is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting key financial data to drive informed decision-making across both Finance and cross-functional teams. This role includes full P&L ownership and reporting, with a focus on the profitability and performance of the Beverage segment. Production Manager

Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring equipment uptime through timely, in-depth
