ProductionOperator
This position is responsible for daily operations of the production floor; ensuring the shift meets established safety, quality, and production goals in compliance with all applicable legal and food safety requirements.
Essential Functions
* Responsible for daily activities of the production line(s), ensuring product adheres to Niagara's standard of safety, quality, and throughput.
* Accurately completes applicable quality and production reports hourly. Physical and visual inspection of product is required to prevent non-conforming goods. Correctly reports all quality defects to the appropriate team members and shift leadership.
* Adheres to the highest standards of company and plant safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations.
* Abides by Niagara's Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety Standards at all times.
* Maintains general housekeeping in all areas of production and additional areas assigned by plant leadership.
* Maintains appropriate level of raw materials as required, to ensure production lines incur minimal downtime.
* Demonstrates the aptitude and skill to work in all assigned areas of production; troubleshoots minor production line issues and performs relief duties when required.
* Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
* Ability to work 12 hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule or schedule as dictated by production demand.

This is a 3-year full-time contract position for a professional Flight Test Operator responsible for the safe, technical, and regulatory-compliant execution of daily R&D flight tests. You will be part of a new, professional, full-time flight test operations team, setting the standard for safety and excellence. This role is critical to the R&D pipeline, and your judgment and communication will directly shape the performance and readiness of our next generation systems. What You'll Do:
Serve as the on-shift Flight Test Operator and aircrew lead, actively utilizing Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Situational Awareness (SA) skills.
Act as the on-shift authority for all applicable regulatory matters, ensuring strict adherence to Part 107 and all FAA waivers.
Lead daily crew briefings, analyze operational data (NOTAMs, NOTOPs, weather), and ensure full understanding of all test objectives.
Manage the flight line for simultaneous test campaigns, including assigning aircraft locations, managing airspace, and verifying all aircraft are on the correct software configuration.
Verify all vendor-prepared test materials (e.g., packages) meet the precise requirements of the Flight Test Director.
Surface and document operational observations, technical anomalies, and potential blockers to support rapid engineering improvement cycles.

Model and enforce a culture of professionalism, punctuality, and site-wide ownership.

What You'll Need:
Current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.

Job Description:
1 year of manufacturing experience.
General understanding of manufacturing processes
Performing daily dimension checks in accordance with the Control Plan and Quality documents
Machine feeding of parts using hoist
Gaging and visual inspection
Ability to perform work to Quality Standards
Proper documentation and tagging of parts.
Participate in Continuous Improvement Processes
Ability to keep a safe and clean work environment
Adhere to Corporate policies and procedures
High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
Required Skills and Education
Experience using calipers, indicators, and other gages and basic measuring equipment
Experience with visual inspection
Good oral and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively with others
Acceptable attendance record / including occasional weekends
GED or High School Diploma required
Ability to pass pre-employment screening including drug test, physical, education and criminal history check.

Overview: The Durham Bulls are seeking production focused individuals who are interested in joining the most iconic brand in Minor League Baseball and gaining experience in the sports industry. This position will support the game operations team through in-park game production to help create the best show in Minor League Baseball. This is a part-time, seasonal, game day position. Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Operatecontrol room systems, including Xpressions, ROSS Carbonite Switch Board, 3PLAY replay, Music Operations,and PVP
Follow game-day scripts and director cues to execute seamlessgameday show operation
Work closely with the Director, Producers, and other production team members to ensure cohesive execution of the game-day show
Communicate clearly and promptly to address real-time changes, technical issues, or last-minute updates
Assistwith pre-game setup, testing, and troubleshooting of production equipment (graphics systems, switchers, replay devices, scoreboard components)
Required Qualifications: Proficiency in at least one of the following areas:
Graphics: Ross Xpression or similar live graphics systems
Switching: NewTekTricaster, Ross Carbonite, or comparable videoswitchers
Replay: NewTek3Play, EVS, or related replay technology
Understanding oflive sports production workflows and timing
Basic knowledge of baseball rules, terminology, and game flow
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurately under pressure
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow direction and adapt quickly in a fast-paced live environment
Focus and composure during high-energy, noisy events
Must be available forat least half of Durham Bulls home games, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work extended hours for setup, live events, and post-game breakdown
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in live sports or event production, preferably in baseball or a related field
Physical Demands:
Ability to remain seated or stationed at a console for extended periods whileoperatingtechnical equipment
Frequent use of hands for keyboards, controllers, switchers, andgraphiccomponents
High levelof visual attention tomonitormultiple screens, feeds, and live action for accuracy and quality
Ability tomaintainconcentration and performance quality throughout games, which may last 3-4 hours or longer
Work Conditions:
Roles are performed inproductioncontrol room/press box. Operators are exposed to stadium noise, crowd energy, and varying weather conditions (for outdoor roles)
Entirelyevent-driven. Must be available for home games, withadditionalhours for preparation, rehearsals, andspecial events
