As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for engaging, leading, and developing your team in a warehouse environment. Your main focus will be motivating, mentoring, and managing your team to meet goals. As a people manager, you will ensure that your team has all the tools needed to succeed and maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance at work. Key Job Responsibilities: Order Selection & Replenishment * Schedule and coordinate order selection and replenishment activities according to production and delivery requirements. * Ensure all orders are selected accurately and replenishments are completed on time. Personnel Management * Hire, train, and develop selection and replenishment personnel. * Manage, coach, and evaluate employees to ensure performance and compliance with company standards. * Foster a positive and safe work environment that encourages teamwork and accountability. Operations & Quality Control * Maintain established quality standards for order selection and warehouse operations. * Oversee loading and unloading of products to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety. * Coordinate with other departments to resolve operational issues. Safety & Compliance * Enforce and maintain all safety policies and procedures for the shift. * Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure all incidents are properly reported and addressed. Administrative & Payroll Oversight * Manage timekeeping and payroll for shift personnel, ensuring accuracy and compliance. * Complete required reports and documentation in a timely manner. Additional Duties * Perform other warehouse duties and projects as assigned by management. Basic Qualifications * A bachelor's or master's degree with all requirements completed between May 2024 and December 2025. Preferred Qualifications * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written * Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills * Currently enrolled in or graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or another related field. The expected pay range for this role is $65,000 - $90,000. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, union status (where applicable) and alignment with market data.
