Provide consistent feedback through biweekly 1-on-1 meetings. Contribute to Staffing and Personnel Processes: Participate in the hiring process by interviewing and recommending candidates. Be involved in termination proceedings by recommending individuals for termination and attending necessary meetings. Fleet Maintenance and Safety Management Immediately address all vehicle safety concerns. Manage the scheduling of delivery vehicle maintenance, including: Scheduling preventive maintenance for the entire Farmer's Fridge fleet. Tracking and monitoring maintenance costs associated with all repairs. Addressing all reefer issues within 24 hours to ensure food safety. Recommend vehicles for transition out of the fleet.
