Primary Purpose Individuals within the Senior Windows System Administrator role are responsible for the operations of secure and highly available computing platforms, servers, and networks. They will maintain and contribute to the ongoing reliability, performance and support of the infrastructure. We are looking for a UPK Developer/Training Specialist to help create online training, for changes and transitions to essential business processes and/or technical changes to the TeamWorks (PeopleSoft) application. This person will focus on creating Online (UPK) Training for our Teamwork's (PeopleSoft) Financials and Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. Purpose: · The Atlanta Public School System is seeking the services of a Sr Field Tech. Support Analyst to provide advanced first-line desk side support to APS schools and administrative locations. · The Sr Field Tech. Support Analyst will be assigned to 1 or more schools or sites (up to a max of 3 sites). The number of assigned sites will depend on the student enrollment and number of employees. He/she will work under the general supervision of the APS School Support Specialist who has overall responsibility for the regional support. Roles and responsibilities: • Create Online Training packages using Oracle's User Productivity Kit (UPK) for Teamwork's (PeopleSoft) changes and updates • Work in a team environment with Teamwork's (PeopleSoft) content owners to ensure training content is accurate • Work with the project team in the formulation of particular plans and activities to support project implementation, using a variety of training media • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for the purpose of serving as a liaison and resource in identifying employee training needs within the Agency • Research information (e.g. courses, materials, training consultants, etc.) for the purpose of developing new programs that meet identified training needs in accordance with Agency objectives and guidelines • Evaluate training materials (e.g. training data, instruction outlines, text and handouts, evaluation of training effectiveness, etc.) for the purpose of implementing training activities that address identified training needs in accordance with Agency objectives and guidelines • Maintain a variety of manual and electronic files and/or records (e.g. training procedure manuals, guides, course materials, handouts/visuals, training records, required reports, etc.) • Assist in the planning and organization of employee trainings and materials (e.g. required certification trainings, professional development, compliance, education, business, and technical areas; including training manuals, guides, handouts, visuals, etc.) for the purpose of implementing training activities that address identified training needs in the Agency • Prepare a variety of written materials (e.g. reports, memos, letters, name tags, sign-in sheets, class lists, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities, providing written reference, and/or convey information • Ensure all work is managed to a timeline • Manage the publishing and upload of final Online training content • Ensure Excellent Customer Service is at the forefront of all work undertaken Qualifications Experince with UPK Developer/Training Experince with PeopleSoft Financials and Human Capital Management (HCM) applications Experince with other ERP system Experince with evaluatiing, developing training material Experince with employee training working as liasion to with stakeholders for developing training. publishing Online training content Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.

Job Description: Lawson HCM Consultant needed to join the Enterprise Application team. Extensive Lawson System expertise and experience in support of design, configuration, development, implementation, and operation of Lawson and other integrated systems are the primary responsibility of this position. The primary responsibility of this position will be to drive the resolution of configuration issues between GHR v11 cloud and S3 v9 on premise. Additional responsibilities of this position encompass a wide range of active and future Lawson system initiatives including a Landmark Upgrade, a GHR application upgrade, and the successful migration of S3 v9 on premise to v10 cloud. In this position, you must have the ability to work in a technical and functional capacity in both GHR and S3. Performance Responsibilities Complete gap analysis of current state to future state Complete the build/configuration from gap analysis for Human Resources, Personnel Administration, Benefits, Absence Management, Time Accrual, and Payroll Responsible for unit testing as well as providing support during all other phasing of testing Understand and adhere to established project management policies and procedures; utilize established standards on all project documentation Notify project management of concerns or conflicts which could impede project implementation milestones; provide notification in advance to allow leadership time to effectively deal with the situation Clearly communicate to project management potential risks to a change in scope, budget and/or timeline Creation of documentation including system architecture diagrams, interface specifications, system configuration, and standard operational procedures Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree required Work Experience: Minimum of five years of experience with the Lawson HCM suite Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Lawson HR/PR or HCM consulting experience Prior GHR or upgrade experience Experience with Infor S3 and GHR Cloud/Landmark applications Experience as Team lead for Lawson HCM implementations (both S3 and GHR) Prior consulting experience Experience in multiple full suite implementations Excellent communication skills, strong business experience and outstanding end-user interaction Ability to work well in a team environment, be self-directed Excellent communication skills that exhibits high integrity Experience in application configuration and testing Experience in design documentation Client training Additional Information Ans.
