Work independently with minimal supervision in ambiguous situations, persisting over internal and external barriers to drive resolutions. Launch and manage sustainable mechanisms for entire networks. Basic Qualifications 7+ years of employee relations, labor relations, or labor/employment law experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint). Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Experience supporting large hourly workforces. Experience analyzing and using metrics to identify improvements in employee practices. Preferred Qualifications Experience prioritising and managing multiple responsibilities. Experience handling confidential information. Experience communicating to a diverse, global audience. Develop and maintain benefit program performance dashboard data for use in analyzing design effectiveness and cost management. • Executive Benefits: Administer all aspects of the additional benefit programs available to OSI Officers, including providing concierge level support to executives. • Wellness & Education: Leads the design, development and delivery of wellness material and overall benefit plan education for employees at all levels and facilities. • Leaves Management: Oversee the administration of the company leave programs, including FMLA, ADAAA and disability - ensuring compliance with all state and federal laws and a smooth and transparent process for employees, leaders and HR. • Team Management: Provide day-to-day support for team, including coaching and development for growth • This role has the responsibility to understand and places in practice appropriate safety procedures. This responsibility is achieved through education, training, use of protective equipment (as applicable) and by following safety policies, regulations, standards, and laws. • Perform other duties as assigned. Job Description Job Title : HRIS MANAGER Location : Oak Brook, IL, United States FULLTIME Must be US Citizen or Green Card holder JOB SUMMARY: The HRIS Manager position is accountable for the maintenance, enhancement, integration, and support of our Oracle Fusion HCM cloud application. This includes Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Benefits, Time & Labor, Attendance, Learning, Goals Management, Talent Review, Performance Management, Compensation, Succession Planning, and Reporting. This position requires a tactical, hands-on, subject matter expert who is both detail-oriented and highly organized. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Manages and supports day-to-day activities of HR systems Answers questions from users about system functionality and procedures Ensures data quality through training, auditing, and data governance Works with stakeholders to develop and maintain business process maps, data dictionaries, end user documentation, test scripts, work structures, and key lists of values Works with business process owners, IT, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve business processes and configure the system appropriately Coordinates system upgrades, user acceptance testing, and deployment Conducts mass updates to the application on behalf of business process owners Responsible for running, scheduling, and monitoring key system processes such as interfaces, maintenance programs, and scheduled reports Develops strategy and standards for reporting and dashboards as well as building and sharing key reports to share across the organization Fulfills ad hoc reporting requests and provides data analysis Assists with training users on system functionality and helps maintain end-user documentation Ensures systems processes follow all policies and procedures and are compliant with all relevant laws MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years' experience in HRIS Detail oriented High level proficiency with Excel is required Ability to prioritize multiple demands Experience supporting packaged software solutions. Oracle Fusion HCM a plus. 4-year college degree or equivalent experience. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
