The SoftwareEngineer will help maintain and drive enhancements to our Salesforce.com platform. This position will design and build visual force pages, complex triggers and custom objects. The position is responsible for the solution design and development with-in Salesforce.com CRM and third party applications. You will work closely with internal members of the sales, marketing, service and operations organizations.
How will you make an impact?
Create applications to interface with Salesforce and Salesforce.com
Evaluate existing processes and determine potential Salesforce-enabled enhancements
Identify opportunities for automation in Salesforce
Manage daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instance, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving requirements
Communicate with project managers, clients and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet corporate and department goals successfully
Collaborate with various internal departments, including marketing, product development and operations, to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in software development is required
Proficient in at least 1 of Apex, Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate), .NET frameworks (C#, ASP.NET Core), or a similar modern language
Experience with modern JavaScript front end development and frameworks is a strong plus
Solid understanding of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell is a plus
Experience working with RESTful APIs, web services, and databases (SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle)
Familiarity with version control tools like Git
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Senior Line Engineers are part of a service engineering team that provide 24/7 engineering technical support for United Airlines Worldwide fleet of operational aircraft to ensure the timely return to service. Provide engineering support for a wide range of aircraft systems, maintenance programs, engines as well as operational engineering functions. Studies, analyzes, and seeks solutions to problems related to the design, operation, maintenance, performance, modification, or repair of aircraft, and their components. Uses a structured, logical, and analytical approach in problem solving. Defines maintenance program, configuration, and serviceability criteria ensuring safe and legal operations. Analyzes and implements regulatory requirements. Evaluates the effects of modifications or new equipment on reliability and performance. Evaluates the benefits of the cost impact of a fleet decision to ensure an optimum balance of cost, asset utilization, quality, and reliability. Authors, designs, tests, and manages projects. Communicates with customers on technical issues, work scope recommendations, and failure investigations. Interfaces with internal and external organizations regarding specific aircraft and component issues.
This position leads and develops potentially complex solutions and implementation plans, project justification, cost/benefit analysis, management of project implementation, technical support, and obtaining FAA approvals as required.

Summary
We are seeking a seasoned FIS ACBS Technical Lead with strong expertise in Lansa and IBM AS400 (iSeries) platforms to support Change the Bank (CTB) initiatives for Commercial and Institutional Banking (C&IB) operations. The role focuses on driving system enhancements, modernization, and integration efforts across the ACBS ecosystem while ensuring platform stability and scalability.
Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of ACBS enhancements, upgrades, and interface integrations.
Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions across ACBS modules.
Develop, maintain, and optimize Lansa and RPGLE programs supporting new business capabilities.
Oversee integration with enterprise systems via MQ and API services.
Partner with product and infrastructure teams to plan and execute ACBS version upgrades, patch deployments, and regression testing.
Contribute to cloud transition initiatives (e.g., IBM cloud) and support data migration and connectivity re-establishment.
Mentor offshore development teams, perform technical reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.

You'll help build the Teammates platform and experience, currently in beta with Fortune 500 customers and launching to GA next year. This represents Asana's shift from tracking work to getting work done.
You'll ship agentic workflows, evaluation systems, and product features using our custom TypeScript framework with frontier LLMs. We have close partnerships with OpenAI and Anthropic and move at the pace of the industry. The work adapts quickly as agent capabilities evolve.
This role sits on the AI Teammates team, working closely with PM, Design, and Research to deliver high-impact features.
This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you'll build:
The Teammates platform: agents that collaborate with users and each other across Asana and integrated apps
Agentic workflows in production (function calling, multi-step planning, memory, orchestration)
Evaluation harnesses, guardrails, and observability systems to improve reliability, safety, latency, and cost
