Full-time Description
Budget Car and Truck Rental of Utah is seeking a Night Auditor to work our overnight shift. The night auditor is responsible for managing all overnight operations at our downtown international airport location. Including processing customer transactions, opening and closing contracts as well as extending contracts, and maintaining accurate records.
This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills, the ability to work independently, and proficiency in handling customer inquiries and/or grievances.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Assist customers with rental return and rental processes, address inquiries, and resolve any issues that arise during the night shift.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage inventory of rental vehicles, including logging vehicle returns and checking for damage and cleanliness.
Data Entry:
Enter and update customer information, rental agreements, and other relevant data into the system accurately and efficiently.
Problem Solving:
Address any issues that arise during the night shift, such as customer disputes, vehicle disputes, vehicle availability, or system malfunctions.
Compliance:
Ensure all operations comply with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
Sales:
Promote upgrades to a more premium car; advising customers on other enhancements like protection product services; selling a full tank of gas; etc.
Communication:
Coordinate with day shift staff to ensure a smooth transition and effective handover of responsibilities.

Role Responsibilities:

Physical inspections of the property

Maintain proficiency in all location computer and software systems.
Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, room features, services, hours of operation and local areas of interest.
Record guest comments or complaints, referring guests to GM, as necessary.
Know property emergency procedures and respond to any/all emergency situations (police, fire, emergency responders, weather, building electrical outage, water line breaks, etc.) in a timely manner.

Work in laundry room area loading and unloading washers and dryers and folding items.

SUMMARY
Responsible for helping Vobev maintain a positive food safety culture, ensuring adherence to sanitation policies, and ensuring the facility is up to code and running efficiently. Responsible for ensuring effectiveness of sanitation programs in food processing and related areas. Audits and inspects premises, products, and equipment daily for unsanitary practices, conditions, and adherence and conformity to company sanitation policies, protocols, and plant standards. Reports irregularities or issues and implements corrective actions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform facility-wide audits focused on compliance to our GMP policy and effectiveness of sanitation practices. Make suggestions based on observations.
Coordinating with Operations, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other employees to ensure the findings from GMP audits are addressed and/or escalated as needed.
Regularly monitor sanitizer concentrations and prepare new batches for production teams.
Maintain chemical supply for CIP systems and manual cleaning locations.
Assist in validation activities for sanitation and pasteurization processes.
Maintain cleanliness of chemical storage areas.
Take regular inventory counts of cleaning chemicals and sanitation supplies
Perform pre-operational inspections and ATP swabs of production equipment and areas.
Support operational teams with training and troubleshooting of sanitation activities and CIP equipment.
Support operational teams with training and troubleshooting of pasteurizing equipment.
Collect samples for the company's environmental monitoring program.
Shift: The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills and must be flexible enough to work a rotating 2-2-3 shift and overtime as needed. Night shifts are from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am.
