Verify that the batching books are being properly documented and that documentation is done by the operators in a timely manner. This includes verifying that the correct lot numbers are used and documented. New trainees should be audited at increased frequencies to ensure they are being trained correctly and to ensure batching is being done correctly as per the SOPs. * At the start of shift, complete scale verification. Responsible for completing the Scale Verification Form once scales are verified. * At the end of the shift, check the cut batch rack to ensure items on the racks are properly identified. * Turns in all paperwork into the Can Production Supervisor at the end of their shift * Prints pallet tags as needed.
