Handle all Guest concerns including but not limited to, park information, compliments, and complaints received via phone, email, or in person. Utilize multiple strategies in order to obtain the result and provide the best Guest Recovery to the guest. Able to work with computer programs for various Six Flags programs and applications. Must be able to multi-task between multiple programs in order to resolve the task at hand. Answer guest questions and give proper guidance when necessary. Offer appropriate compensation based on the guest's concern. Promote the park with the utmost enthusiasm and pride while interacting with Guests. Ensure Guest Safety and Satisfaction in their stay at Six Flags while setting high standards of performance for all areas. Ensure that imagine, cleanliness, and courtesy standard requirements are met. Develop a positive relationship with all in-park departments. Qualifications: Must be at least 16 years old. Must have an outgoing personality with a willingness to approach and actively engage guests. Must possess knowledge of computers and adapt to changes within computer software applications. Must possess an organized approach to work with the ability to multi-task. Must have the ability to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language. Bi-lingual is helpful but not required. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, possibly working long hours, including nights, weekends and holidays. Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Must be able to quickly adapt to and enforce changing policies and procedures. Must be willing to assist in other aspects of the department when requested.
