Verifies and reconciles the accuracy of all cashier's Daily Activity Reports, compiling the day's shift reports into a Consolidated Daily Activity Report from Property Management System (PMS) computerized reports. Responsible for running night audit reports plus all required property management system reports, generating and maintaining any required or requested reports. May function as a Front Desk Clerk, responsible for taking room reservations and cancellations, checking guests in and out, and providing information regarding activities, service charges, room availability, etc., on an as needed basis. Provides courteous, cheerful service and assistance to guests to ensure their comfort and well-being. Accepts payments and accounts for change fund and money received by following established cash handling procedures. Maintains strict control and accountability of cash funds on hand, cash received and accurate accounting for charges. Ensures guests are informed of charges relating to their stay on property. Punctual and regular attendance is an essential responsibility for all team members and are expected to report to work based upon the assigned scheduled each day in accordance with the Attendance Policy for Pueblo Sandia. Additional Responsibilities Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
