Responsibilities
What You'll Do
A Night Auditor will assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally in all front desk-related functions.
Balance all hotel and restaurant transactions daily, including credit cards, cash, and change funds.
Consistently follow all credit, cash-handling, and accounting procedures.
Run various audits and reports, and record all revenues and statistics accurately.
Read, analyze, interpret, and effectively explain items such as standard reports, guest folios, and emergency procedures.
Ensure security and confidentiality of all guest and hotel information.

GENERAL NOTES
Night Auditors will be required to work varying schedules as dictated by the business needs of the hotel. This includes attendance at all scheduled brand and job specific training sessions and meetings. May require nights, weekends, and holidays.
Consistent attendance in accordance with the standards set forth by Converge Hospitality must be maintained and is an essential element of the success in this role.
