Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Auditor role involves reviewing, analyzing, and initiating actions as needed to improve the manufacturing process. Under close supervision inspects electronic systems, assemblies, subassemblies, components and parts for conformance to specifications. What a typical day looks like: Perform visual inspections of servers, racks, and components to ensure compliance with established reliability and workmanship specifications. Utilize gauges, templates, microscopes, and other manufacturing aids to verify product specifications. Ensure all required process operations are completed on inspected products at Quality stations. Monitor and report quality metrics to meet business needs. Prepare reject reports by identifying necessary follow-up information and notifying involved parties. Assist with the disposition of non-conforming materials and products. Notify appropriate personnel of unusual product defects or process yields falling below acceptable levels. Conduct process audits and assist manufacturing in interpreting quality and workmanship standards. The experience we're looking to add to our team: Demonstrates advanced functional skills, which may be used to conduct on-the-job training and lead/guide other employees. Demonstrates detailed functional knowledge of audit techniques and has input to process improvements. Knowledge of all ISO, ESD, and calibration requirements. Knowledge of how to conduct an LPA (layers process audits). Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions. Run and review daily reports (e.g., room charges, revenue summaries). Audit and verify front desk postings and transactions. Process cash, credit card, and direct-bill transactions accurately. Ensure all reservations, cancellations, and no-shows are properly logged. Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and emergency protocols. Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. As well as being the overnight guest service agent. What you will be doing? Follows audit procedures to balance daily revenue and expense transactions, identifies the causes of out-of-balance situations in a timely manner, produces various reports for management and takes initiative to accurate errors to prevent reoccurrence. Ensures that all charges have been properly posted to the appropriate guest folio or master account, balanced with all supporting documentation Reconciles all charges to the general ledger. Prepares back-up files and closes out shift and day on reservation system, including preparing system for next day of business. Generates housekeeping reports and prints folios departures. Compiles daily revenue reports and files work accordingly. Responsible for accurate management of cash funds and daily shift deposits. Assist with other Front Office duties.
