Verify and reconcile weekly invoices from vendors and service partners.
Maintain timely communication and follow-up on guest emails and concierge requests.
Source, vet, and coordinate with vendors for personalized guest services and experiences.
Oversee guest shipments and deliveries, ensuring secure handling and efficient coordination.
Ensure all Alliants guest tracking data is updated, accurate, and current.
Add and review all Opera notes to reflect guest preferences and important details.
Coordinate and attend weekly VIP arrival meetings and prepare VIP arrival lists.
Deliver personalized experiences through guest profile management and preference tracking.
Ensure guest profiles are complete and updated for future visits, including individual profile data.
Organize daily preparation lists for next-day arrivals and any special requests.
Handle and manage riders, including VIP requests and entertainment setups.
Maintain high attention to personalized recognition of repeat and high-value guests.
Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent, elevated guest experiences.
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by management.
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality, front desk, guest relations, or concierge services.
Proficiency in guest service platforms including Opera PMS, Alliants, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a guest-first mindset.

Overview
Perform the night audit operations to ensure the maintenance of financial controls, and compliance with hotel standards. Coordinate with other departments (i.e. Security, Housekeeping) to ensure quality service is provided to all guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Report data by auditing Point of Service tapes/journals to breakdown revenue, covers, waiters' fees, tips paid out and settlements by type and cashier.
Run audit reports/journals from the front office system, Point of Service and the computer.
Make corrections and adjustments and handle all computer problems that might occur throughout the shift.
Input into the front office system revenue/expenses/allowances to generate the daily reports such as the Guest Ledger Summary and the Daily Restaurant Summary.
Balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly, maintain files and reset the system for next day operations.
Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
Hotel experience preferred.
Basic mathematical skills and ability to make accurate mathematical calculations using a 10-key.

Posts all changes to guest accounts, complete all required reports noting discrepancies and out of balance accounts.
The night auditor acts as an internal auditor to ensure hotel staff correctly report revenue and financial transactions.
Work as a desk clerk during the night hours, checking in late guest arrival, assist the guest needs, responding to guest complaints and resolving any problems.
Coordinate cleaning room when guest check out with other service personnel.
Experience in data entry and dealing with the public is required.
Computer usage skill required proficiency in Microsoft Word, Office 97, Outlook, Excel, and hotel management software system knowledge.
Must be able to get along well with co-workers and work as a team.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as necessary.
Superior customer service skills required.
Professional appearance and demeanor required.
Must be able to respond calmly and handle many customer demands in a fast paced environment.
Must have manual dexterity to be able to operate the following equipment; computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine.
Prefer 1-2 years Hotel experience

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
PREFERRED QUAILIFICATIONS: 1- 2 years previous hotel experience. Experience with Agilysys, the hotel property management system.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other associates of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Must obtain and maintain a St. Regis Mohawk tribal gaming work permit which requires a criminal background check to be used solely for employment purposes.
