We are currently seeking a personable, motivated individual to fill the role of a Guest Service Representative/Front Desk Agent within our Guest Services department. Ideal candidates will have previous customer service experience, an interest in the hospitality field, ability to work independently, is self-motivated, has a high degree of professional and effective decision making. Flexible scheduling is a must - this position will primarily be scheduled between the hours of 2pm and 11pm, 2nd shift, which is great for those that have daytime obligation that are needing to work around. Evenings, weekends, and holidays will be required as needed by the occupancy of the hotel.
This position has the opportunity to be dual trained as Night Audit, for PTO and absence purposes which a shift differential may be available, as well as the Shuttle Van Driver.
Some responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Successful history as a front desk agent or related customer service experience.
Understanding of how to use hotel's Property Management Software (PMS) systems.
Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
