Kitchen Professional Responsibilities:
- Maintain and exceed food-safety standards for the sake of our guests
- Produce meals quickly and accurately, with the utmost quality and freshness
- Stay up to date on training and procedures
- Become well rounded in all kitchen roles (breading, fryers, cold prep, assembly, etc...)

Essential Job Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of this position is to work as a team with your team to complete all daily sanitation requirements in the time given.
Cleans and sanitizes equipment and machinery with chemicals Follows Safety, Quality and Human Resource protocols, policies, and procedures Perform all assigned cleaning and preventative maintenance duties Complete all required paperwork Report all equipment issues to supervisors, managers, and repair technicians Operate all equipment safely and according to training as safety is paramount to the company's success Learn and be aware of safety risks and escalates found risks to lead or supervisor Adheres to all Good Manufacturing PracticesPreforms other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
Must be detail-oriented Basic sanitation and chemical safety knowledge Washroom Cleaning BasicsMust complete and pass LOTO, confined space and scissor lift training APC swabbing knowledge Allergen swabbing knowledge Good written and oral communication skills (English or Spanish preferred) Must be able to work with limited supervision Must be highly motivated, self-starter, who likes to assume responsibility and work independently Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Ability to adapt to change and high-pressure situations Must be able to work and succeed in a fast-paced environment Attend work as scheduled and be punctual

Compensation: Hourly Rate: $19.05 - $21.50 per hour based on role, plus $3.00 per hour shift differential

Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company is an end-to-end provider of innovation, development and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical, diagnostics and medical device industries. Phillips-Medisize, LLC is seeking Manufacturing Operators with quality focused manufacturing experience to support manufacturing production of injection molded parts and assembly in Menomonie, WI.

We offer an indoor climate control environment, clean workspace with sitting and standing jobs, and on-the-job training on our multiple production lines.

Shift : 12 hour rotating nights 5:00pm to 5:00am (2-2-3 rotation; 14% shift differential)

Wage: Anticipated starting wage is at $18.00 per hour + shift differential. The actual amount may be higher or lower considering each candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.

Retention Bonus: You are eligible to receive a one-time, taxable retention bonus in the amount of $3,000; payable $1,500 after completing 6 months of continuous employment and the remaining $1,500 after completing 12 months of continuous employment.

What You Will Do In Your Role

• Run and be knowledgeable about the injection molding presses. Keep pace/time with the rate pad printers, assembly machines or any other operation related machinery

• Perform visual, in-process, and final inspection of parts per quality criteria; checking for defects

• Navigate files and locate documents with a computer

• Trim and package parts according to customer standards
• 
  
• Communicate status of jobs to previous and following shift and share information with Technicians about problems or process variations
