* Work as an EMT

* When necessary, assist in the delivery of supplies to company crews and retrieval of supplies and or paperwork.
* Assist in orientation of new employees and remediation of existing employees, when necessary.
* Supervise the shift change to assure there are appropriate levels of staffing, vehicles, are inspected, stocked, cleaned and in service in a timely manner.
* Continuously monitor radio traffic in order to ensure smooth operations and take appropriate, timely action when aberrations from Policy/Procedures occur or customer service is threatened.
* Assist the dispatcher as a dispatch aid in order to ensure smooth operations.
