**Qualifications:**
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. OSHA 30 Training or the ability to obtain within 6 months
3. Current and valid driver s license
4. Demonstrated experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field.
5. Proficiency in inventory management practices and familiarity with inventory control systems.
6. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
7. Capable of lifting and carrying moderate to heavy items as needed during warehouse activities.
8. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
9. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in recordkeeping and inventory management.
This position must demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, as well as have strong oral and written communication skills.

JOB DETAILS
Base Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00AM-4:30PM overtime as designated
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Receiving Department is responsible for unloading raw materials, checking the materials in and storing them in the supermarket. Once the product is in the supermarket it is scanned, picked and delivered to the production lines. All salvage and recyclables are picked up and taken to the proper area. Daily 5S tasks as needed.
Unload all raw materials off trailers and stage on Receiving dock
Check in product matching to packing slips
Basic knowledge of excel program to scan material going out to the line
Pick product according to pick sheets
Run dedicated replenishment routes in production and deliver product.
Willing and able to train new hires on all aspects of receiving functions
Daily 5S duties that keep the department orderly
Safety oriented
Displays the capability to trouble shoot issues that occur in the receiving area
Qualifications
Forklift experience preferred
Computer skills suitable to fulfill job responsibilities
Dependability/punctuality
Ability to read a tape measure
Basic reading and math skills are preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
Candidates must be able to engage in consistent physical activity, including walking and pushing carts throughout the workday
Possess communication, teamwork, problem solving, and leadership skills
Detail oriented
