They also go through the reservation processes of guests, sales reports and make strategies for boosting the hotel's name in the market. In case of emergency, they ensure proper evacuation and handle the situation safely and securely.

Leadership and excellent communication skills are must-haves for professionals. These are crucial for increasing the staff's productivity and resolving the issues of guests. Their average pay is roughly $15.04 per hour, and to follow this career path, you require a high school diploma or bachelor's degree in business.

There is more than meets the eye when it comes to being a night supervisor. For example, did you know that they make an average of $17.5 an hour? That's $36,400 a year!

Between 2018 and 2028, the career is expected to grow 6% and produce 150,600 job opportunities across the U.S.
