Aditya Khanna is the Chief Transformation Officer of Nihilent. is responsible for the transformation practice at Nihilent, driving strategic transformation initiatives globally with thought leadership around areas such as market and product strategy, new revenue streams, service line development, and customer engagement transformation. Aditya has over 20 years of extensive experience in setting up, scaling a business, and advising CXOs across industries on business transformation and delivering profitable growth. He is a thought leader with expertise in digital transformation, customer experience, business planning and strategy, service delivery (including capability building), and revenue optimization. He has completed PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta.

Gunendra is passionate about Technology, its evolution and application in business. In a career spanning over 22 years, he has worked on transformation programs in several industries including Financial Services, Retail, Media, & Manufacturing. He has a strong background in delivery and pre-sales in technologies like Analytics, Mobility, Integration/BPM, stemming from his experience with companies such as Happiest Minds, Wipro, Digital Equipment Corp & TCS. He holds a US patent for Methods and systems for connected sales associate services.

As Chief Technology Officer at Nihilent, Gunendra is responsible for building futuristic technical capabilities, solutions and integrated offerings for accounts and GTM.He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from College of Engineering Pune and Master’s degree in Controls and Instrumentation from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai.

KV Sridhar, aka Pops has worked and has contributed to organizations like Leo Burnett, Lowe Lintas, Lowe India, Lintas India, Sapient Nitro to name a few. Before joining Nihilent, his last stint was as the Founder and Chief Creative Officer with Hyper Collective Creative Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

KV Sridhar has over 37 years of experience working at the intersection of creativity and technology with a demonstrated history of working in marketing, advertising, and technology industries. He is skilled in Advertising, Concept Development, Digital Marketing, Experience Design, Content Creation, Art Direction and Creative Strategy.

He has contributed towards building many iconic brands such as Coca-Cola, Thums Up, Limca, Bajaj Auto, McDonald’s, LG, HDFC Life, Unilever, P&G, Marico, Nestle, GM, Colors, Fiat, Fair & Lovely, Whisper, Tide, Jet Airways and many more.

KV Sridhar has won many awards, both Indian and International including the prestigious Cannes Lions on multiple occasions. He has won a record 23 Cannes Lions, over 100 international and 300 Indian awards, honored with New York Festivals Creative Achievement Award in 2010. He was also inducted into the ”Hall of Fame” of Asian Advertising and Marketing Legends by Campaign Asia. Conferred ”Hall of Fame” by DMA Asia in 2019. Chosen as Nat Geo’s ”Mega Icon” in 2018.

K V Sridhar is also a TEDx speaker and deeply committed to the issues concerning the girl child, he has been working with UN and Population First for the past 15 years to influence content creators to be sensitive on gender issues.
