In 1998, entrepreneur Jack Penrod introduced the world to Nikki Beach, the first and original luxury beach club concept that combines the elements of music, dining, entertainment, fashion, film and art into one.
The soirée kept growing and the only way to expand, to accommodate everyone, was towards the sandy area next to the garden, and, in 1998, Nikki Beach was born.”
The Dine Under The Stars event will also take place at Nikki Beach At Fairmont Monte Carlo with three Michelin-star Glenn Viel (Baumanière Hôtel & Spa) bringing his sustainable gastronomy to life (17 August 2021).
Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Montenegro - the brand’s fifth resort location and 13th beach club property – opened in May, and another is due to open in Sri Lanka’s most pristine beach of Balapitya in 2022.
