ActioNet is looking for a Program Manager with an Active Public Trust Clearance. Currently the position can be supported Remote with 10% travel within the US, as needed. The location may be subject to change. Other locations will include Washington, DC, Vienna, VA, or New Carrollton, MD.
In this role, you will deliver the services identified in the contract. You will be the main Point of Contact (POC) for the services and deliverables provided under the contract. In this role, you will ensure cohesiveness between all Tiers, develop, execute process improvements, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The right candidate will work well with a team, exhibit excellent customer service skills, and be self-motivated, seeking ways to improve the environment.
Responsibilities
Provides leadership and direction for Project and Program management staff, providing client and project management support, leading to high-quality client delivery. Oversight for 50+ resources.
Ensures that projects adhere to ActioNet's Quality Management System, including ActioNet tools and industry best practices, and that adequate status reporting, reviews, and other control tools are employed to keep projects on track and customers fully informed of status.
Ensures that risks and issues identified are driven to closure. Serves as an initial escalation point within the Business Unit for issues escalated from the project teams.
Implements cross-project/cross-organization reporting. Develops standards and drives implementation of consistent project-level reporting among PMs.
Mentors and coaches Business Unit Project and Program Managers, assisting with HR issues, recruiting, and career progression.
Provide overall financial management for task orders to maintain and grow profitability.
Develop and maintain existing customer relationships to foster program growth.
Provide management and leadership on support services, including IT infrastructure, network engineering, systems administration, call center, Desk-side Support, systems security, and software applications
Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects.
Lead and guide the work of technical staff.
Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage.
Monitor progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
Travel as required (estimated at 10%)
Qualifications (required)
Ten (10) or more years as a Program Manager or similar responsibilities within the Federal Government,
Must be local to Washington, DC.
Six (6) or more years managing and leading Enterprise Service Desk teams utilizing Agile and ITIL methodologies.
Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional certification
Managed a team of over 50+ IT professionals.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems.
ITIL 4 certification

DISS Management - Ensure the DISS is updated, process VARs, submit CSRs as needed, and start investigations
Visits and meetings - Managing all processes and procedures ensuring the protection of classified information forecloses its possibility of loss or compromise.
Security Incidents - Manage investigation and reporting in accordance with DCSA and sponsor requirements.
Security Awareness Training & Education - providing security trainings and briefings to all employees commensurate to their level of involvement with classified
Accurately review, respond to, and processes all security paperwork for accuracy, completion, compliance and submission through various systems.
Conduct annual Self-inspections and provide the results to senior management and the DCSA.
Review DD254s for accuracy and completeness of information to ensure compliance with specific programs. Request feedback, clarification, and changes as needed to DD254s.
Required Qualifications
BS Degree or equivalent years of experience
Excellent organizational and communications skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively interact with staff and customers at all levels.
In-depth knowledge, experience, and demonstrated ability to successfully execute implementation and mission requirements, for most CSAs, in a large complex with multiple facilities.
Experience using NISS, DISS, SWFT and other related DoD Security Systems.
Focus on the partnership with our customers and employees to manage security risks, provide security training, and advance ActioNet's mission by aligning security solutions with business needs and delivering value.
Understanding of individual sponsor requirements to enable ActioNet programs/projects to meet their objectives.
Experience with managing staff.
Technical field experience including 3+ years as the FSO or the equivalent in job-relevant work experience.
A current SSBI/T5 adjudicated to Top Secret eligibility.
Preferred Qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Junior Supply Analyst for IT Asset Management (ITAM) will assist in managing, analyzing, and optimizing the lifecycle of IT hardware, software, and related assets. Key Responsibilities
Asset Lifecycle Management

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel, databases, or ITAM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Flexera, Snow)
Knowledge of IT procurement, licensing models, and vendor management practices
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills

Senior Lead Network Engineer Role Description The Senior Lead Network Engineer provides technical leadership on major network tasks and technology assignments. This role is responsible for planning, designing, and implementing network infrastructure across the enterprise network, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity.
Salary:$105K-170K
Duties and Responsibilities
* Plan, design, and implement WAN, LAN, and communications infrastructure.
* Perform system-level assessments and evaluate network technologies.
* Support secure connectivity and disaster recovery.
* Supervise network engineering staff.
* Be onsite at the Fairchild Building in Washington, DC three days per week.
Basic Qualifications (Required)
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
* Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in networking.
* 3-5 years in a leadership role.
* Base-level certification such as A+, Security+, or Network+.
* Core certification such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Cisco and Aruba hardware.
* Knowledge of network design tools and disaster recovery planning.
