In 2001, I joined Kraft Foods, where I have held various Finance and Accounting positions. I have always challenged myself to take on difficult assignments that would give me a broad understanding of the business and to develop my understanding of how Finance can be an integral business partner. My experiences have varied greatly through the years, from transactional accounting to business analysis. I have had the opportunity to play a leadership role in various sales planning and forecasting processes, as well as the transition the finance and accounting support of a $200MM+ Export business from our New York facilities to our corporate HQ in Northfield, IL.

In 2009, I joined a growing managed service provider and futures brokerage firm as the Finance Director. This role provides full oversight of the Finance and Accounting functions, as well as management of the Accounting team. During January 2010, BigTick sold its managed services company (7ticks). I had the opportunity to prepare and present information for various potential buyers from PE to Industry peers. I managed the Financial and Legal due diligence and was also the project manager throughout the sales process. I was promoted to Chief Financial Office in July of 2010.

In 2014, BigTick, LLC was acquired by NinjaTrader Group. This presented me the opportunity to become the CFO for a much larger entity, as well as ensure successful financial and cultural integration of the firms. I remain responsible for all aspects of finance, accounting, FP&A, business analysis, human resources, and legal.

My goal is to take on challenging assignments that further sharpen my strategic, managerial, and financial skill-sets. I want to continue to develop as a leader and executive, help drive profitable growth, and continue to look for ways to add value in all aspects of my responsibilities.
