In this role you will:

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and set realistic expectations
Assist with crafting job descriptions to attract the right candidates
Organize interview teams and communications to promote alignment and efficiency
Support creation of structured interview scorecards to reduce bias and improve consistency
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout each search
Identify and implement creative solutions to pipeline challenges
Advise hiring managers on compensation and offer details

Stay current on market trends and compensation data to keep NinjaTrader competitive
Support other hiring initiatives as needed
What you'll need:
1+ years of full-cycle technical/product recruiting experience or 2+ years of technical/product sourcing experience, ideally within FinTech
Proven experience with delivering offers and handling negotiations
Experience building talent pipelines from scratch using multiple sources and strategies
Familiarity and understanding of laws associated with hiring and interviewing
Thorough understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and experience managing each stage
Experience owning hiring manager relationships
Experience using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail, especially when preparing job offers and communicating expectations
Dynamic and able to adapt to the candidate in front of you
Compensation:
The starting salary for this role will be $78,000.00 USD. In addition, this position will also receive an annual target bonus of 6%. Bonus pay at NinjaTrader is based on individual performance (50%) as well as company/team performance (50%).
Salary and bonus earnings are only two components of the total compensation package offered by NinjaTrader. NinjaTrader offers a 401K plan through ADP under which the company will match up to 3.5% of employee contributions. Annual paid time off allowance accrues at a rate of 18 days per year (some positions may qualify for more) plus seven paid holidays.

What you'll do:
The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people and an interest in learning about the trading industry and technology. What you'll do:
NinjaTrader is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to lead the technical success of our NT Connect partners. This role blends strategic account ownership with hands-on solution engineering, ensuring seamless onboarding, integration, and ongoing support for introducing brokers and other key B2B partners.
You will act as the trusted technical advisor and single point of contact, managing complex integrations and relationships across the partner lifecycle-from activation through scale and continuous optimization.
In this role you will:
Act as the primary pre and post-sale technical contact for a portfolio of strategic NT Connect partners
Guide partners through technical onboarding, integration, adoption, and ongoing success with NinjaTrader's APIs, platform, and services
Translate business requirements into technical solutions that align with our infrastructure and capabilities
Provide hands-on support for platform configuration, data mapping, API usage, and reporting setup
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues by coordinating with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams while keeping partners informed
Create and maintain technical onboarding documentation, integration guides, and technical FAQs to streamline activation and reduce friction
Translate partner needs and goals into prioritized product requirements and collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap development
Work closely with Sales and Partner Onboarding to deliver compelling, technically sound presentations and product walkthroughs
Track account health indicators, proactively flag risks or bottlenecks, and surface expansion opportunities
Serve as both an external champion for partners and an internal advocate ensuring NT Connect delivers long-term success
What you'll need:
5+ years in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Technical Program Manager, or Technical Product Manager) in a SaaS, fintech, or trading context
Proven track record managing complex B2B relationships and delivering successful outcomes across technical and business stakeholders
Strong technical acumen with deep familiarity in RESTful APIs, OAuth, JSON, WebSockets, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Ability to distill complex technical systems into simplified, actionable requirements for partners
Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced, Agile environments
Bonus points for:

The Compliance Operations Officer serves as the operational backbone of NinjaTrader's Compliance program, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across the department.

What you'll do:
As a New Accounts Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides world-class onboarding support to brokerage clients via internal communication, email, and their secure client portal. You will be responsible for the daily processing of new and ongoing applications, as well as maintaining client information. Compensation:
The salary range for this role will be $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 USD. In addition, this position will also receive an annual target bonus of 8%. Bonus pay at NinjaTrader is based on individual performance (50%) as well as company/team performance (50%).
Salary and bonus earnings are only two components of the total compensation package offered by NinjaTrader. NinjaTrader offers a 401K plan through ADP under which the company will match up to 3.5% of employee contributions. Annual paid time off allowance accrues at a rate of 18 days per year (some positions may qualify for more) plus seven paid holidays.
