Key Responsibilities

Technical Knowledge

Software Engineer Intern Position - Summer 2026 We're looking or a highly motivated and self-starting Software Engineer Intern to join the Nintendo Technology Development's (NTD) Multimedia team for the Summer of 2026.
The OpportunityThis is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with passion for excellence and a desire to grow in a fast-paced, engineering-focused environment.
You will be instrumental in delivering high quality features and bug fixes by:Applying strong problem-solving skills to overcome technical challenges Communicate and collaborate effectively with other engineers.
Research and prototype new technologies to enhance multimedia features.
Develop software to support multimedia use cases.
What we're looking for…The ideal candidate is:Rising junior, senior, or post-graduate pursuing a BS or MS in Computer Science or Engineering-related field.
Interest in Multimedia Technologies and Computer Vision.
Experience in C++, Python, and foundational knowledge in artificial intelligence.
Available for full-time work during the summer of 2026.
Good written and communication skills.
This position is onsite in Redmond, WA, and not open to remote status at this time.

This contract position has a base pay rate of $40 per hour and is eligible for benefits through the employing agency.
