Responsibilities:
MV Transportation is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Manager who will be a dynamic, multi-task-oriented senior professional to manage all day-to-day maintenance aspects of this fixed route and trolley operation. The Fleet Maintenance Manager will ensure that all contractual requirements are achieved, and duties included will consist of daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports. The Fleet Maintenance Manager must be able to properly manage a budget for the maintenance program.

Talent Requirements:
The Maintenance Manager shall have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in managing the maintenance of a heavy-duty bus or truck fleet; two (2) years of experience in maintaining and/or managing the maintenance of vehicles in a fixed route. Trolley maintenance experience is a plus.
Must possess in-depth knowledge of mechanical maintenance and repair methods and practices, strong knowledge of gas, diesel and electric vehicle systems, and proficiency with maintenance management software.
The qualified candidate will have operational and working knowledge of gas, diesel and electric vehicle systems and demonstrated experience through training and work experience maintenance of major components and vehicle systems.
The Maintenance Manager shall have experience in supervising the work of other maintenance personnel, ranging from mechanics, parts clerks, fueler/washers, etc..
Previous passenger transportation in the current project or a similar environment preferred. Must be able to manage and interface with the client.
Must have the ability to track and control parts inventories, vendors and suppliers.
Must be able to properly prioritize, implement and manage work schedules, projects, and assignments.
Must be able to manage the financial/accounting aspects of a fleet maintenance operation.
Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff in written and oral formats.
Must have computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets and Microsoft outlook.
Solid knowledge of managing audits, PM schedules.
Manager shall be the equivalent of a journeyman mechanic.
Must display initiative, professionalism, candor and tact at all times.
ASE or manufacturer's certifications a plus.
Starting salary range: $100,000 - $118,000

Summary:
The Travel Cath Lab RN provides specialized care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and interventional treatments. The RN prepares patients for procedures, assists during interventions, and monitors immediate post-procedure recovery. Working closely with cardiologists and cath lab teams, this role requires advanced cardiac care skills, cardiac catheterization skills, strong communication, and the ability to adapt quickly while maintaining strict safety and regulatory standards.
Essential Work Functions:
Conduct assessment of patients prior to procedures, including reviewing medical history and performing physical exams
Assist in positioning patients correctly for the procedure and ensure EKG electrodes and cardiac leads are properly placed
Assist physicians during procedures, including the placement of catheters, wires, balloons, stents, structural heart devices, and other cardiac interventions
Operate and monitor hemodynamic equipment, recognizing and responding to changes in cardiac rhythms and hemodynamic waveforms
Assist in arterial and/or venous sheath removal using closure devices, manual pressure, or mechanical compression, and transport patients to the appropriate recovery area
Monitor vital signs, ECG, and hemodynamic parameters during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedure
Support post-procedure care, including monitoring patient recovery and ensuring a smooth transition to the next phase of care
Maintain and troubleshoot cath lab equipment, ensuring everything is functioning properly and fully stocked for procedures
Communicate effectively with team members, patients, families, and physicians to provide seamless care
Adhere to hospital safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards
Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of practice

Enforcing the laws and regulations relating to importing, exporting, and/or international shipping to and from the United States.
Utilizing intelligence techniques and behavior analysis to identify potential threats and perform risk assessments for violations of laws and threats to national security.
Conducting interviews in a law enforcement capacity for the purposes of gaining information from suspected violators of laws to determine the appropriate course of action.

SUMMARY
The Health Educator (HE), under the direction of the Health Education Coordinator and administrative and clinical supervision of the Health Center Manager and Nursing Administration, is responsible for overall health communication activity, and teaching people about behaviors that promote wellness at Community Health Centers (CHC). The HE is also responsible for the learning experiences that provide individuals served by CHC the opportunity to make appropriate health decisions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Additional duties may be assigned with or without prior notice.
Takes a lead role in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of primary prevention and risk reduction for the organization's patients and the community.
Assists the Health Education Coordinator in the design and implementation of health education policies and procedures and training clinical staff.
Assesses patient health literacy/learning ability; adapts program to meet those needs and be able to develop rapport with clients in a short-term counseling environment. Documents health literacy in Electronic Health Record.
Provides general health education on topics including, but not limited to HIV/AIDS, asthma, back care, cardiac risk, child disease and accident prevention, diabetes, family planning, gastrointestinal disorders, pregnancy testing, weight management, dental care and smoking cessation through help-line.
Sets up health fairs in locations throughout the community.
Teaches classes as needed in evenings, some weekends.
Takes blood pressures and vitals for patients.
Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served (infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults or geriatrics).
Guides patients with chronic diseases through the development of self-management goals. Documents these goals in the appropriate Chronic Care Management template in the Electronic Health Record.
Organizes the community resources for the designated clinic area into a binder.
Develops relationships with community partners for the benefit of the patients.
Demonstrates adherence to and observes all safety policies and procedures, inclusive of infection control rules and regulations.
Maintains and adheres to confidentiality, and privileged communications (patient, employee, and corporation).
Participates in patient population management as it relates to clinical services while taking into account cultural diversity and local resources.
Makes referrals when indicated to RN, RD, CDE, Behavioral Health, or PCP.
Develops communication skills with all members of the team both internal and external, by first being a patient advocate and using the available resources to facilitate care. Coordinate with the Care Team (PCP. RN, RD, CDE, HE, LCSW, Director of Nursing and/or Medical Director) to ensure appropriate services are arranged for the patient in order for them to meet their goals.
Understand the role in the quality improvement process, which may include meetings, data collection and charge auditing. Use Evidence Based Practice guidelines to assist with disease management.
Demonstrates knowledge of domestic violence, child and dependent abuse protocols.
Demonstrates culturally sensitivity and competence with patients.
Maintains and adheres to HIPAA, employee confidentiality, and privileged communications (patient, employee, and corporation).

QUALIFICATIONS
