Job Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about wellness, aesthetics, and integrative medicine. The RN will play a crucial role in patient care, assisting with IV therapy, weight management programs, and aesthetic treatments while ensuring high-quality patient education and safety. Key Responsibilities: Perform IV insertions and monitor IV therapy for hydration, vitamin infusions, and wellness treatments. Assist in weight management programs, including patient education on nutrition, lifestyle modifications, and medical weight loss treatments. Support aesthetic procedures, such as non-invasive treatments, skin care regimens, and pre/post-treatment care. Collaborate with integrative medicine specialists to develop personalized wellness plans for patients. Conduct initial patient assessments, vitals, and medical histories to support treatment planning. Educate patients on holistic health, skincare, and aesthetic procedures to promote long-term wellness. Maintain strict infection control, patient safety, and procedural protocols in accordance with healthcare regulations. Provide exceptional patient support and follow-up to ensure satisfaction and optimal outcomes. Required Qualifications: Active RN license in New Jersey (or eligibility for licensure). Proficiency in IV insertion and therapy monitoring (experience required). Strong interest in wellness, weight management, and aesthetics. Excellent patient education and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or integrative wellness.
