The CIP Compliance Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization's compliance with the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) standards. This role involves monitoring, assessing, and validating adherence to cybersecurity and physical security requirements for Bulk Electric System (BES) Cyber Systems. The analyst will work closely with internal departments, auditors, third parties and regulatory bodies to maintain a strong compliance posture.

Job Description
Customized Energy Solutions is seeking a Renewable Compliance Analyst to provide support on its Renewable Energy Services and Compliance Team, performing a variety of analytical, research based and operational functions. The position will focus on the tracking of regulatory and compliance changes and the management of Client Renewable Energy Credits (RECs). Role Description:
Specialist, Compliance WQ is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and monitoring of customer compliance programs (backflow prevention and grease abatement) and the hydrant-use permit program. This role is responsible for ensuring customers' water, wastewater, and industrial waste systems are in compliance with governing DC Plumbing Codes, DC Municipal Regulations, and DC Water Policies. The Specialist, Compliance WQ position will be involved in a broad range of responsibilities including, but not limited to, conducting field compliance inspections; tracking and enforcing code and regulation requirements regarding cross-connection control, unauthorized water use, temporary hydrant use and sewer discharge permits, developing enforcement codes, monitoring industry trends, drafting letters describing inspection findings, communicating to customers, and educating stakeholders.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Assists in the development and monitoring of DC Water's customer compliance programs.
Provides technical support to internal customers within DC Water and other agencies such as Washington Aqueduct, Department of Health, Council of Governments, and local governments on backflow prevention and cross connection issues. Represents the Authority at public meetings.
Schedules and conducts site Inspections of water and sewer connections, meter yokes, backflow preventers, and/or grease interceptors to ensure compliance with applicable codes, municipal regulations, industry standards and DC Water policies.
Inspects industrial sewer dischargers, such as hospitals and chemical plants to ensure compliance with their discharge permits.
Processes the issuance and return of fire hydrant meters and backflow preventers with customers and internal tracking in database and billing systems.
Process fire hydrant meter readings and account refunds in database and billing systems.
Schedules and conducts site inspections to recover fire hydrant meters and backflow preventers from customers with expired permits and to investigate reported illegal connections to fire hydrants to ensure compliance with applicable codes, municipal regulations, industry standards and DC Water policies.
Inspects, tests, and repair fire hydrant meters and backflow preventers.
Communicates to all stakeholders verbally and through written reports, letters, and emails regarding inspection findings, recommendations, and requirements for complying with applicable codes, municipal regulations, industrial standards, and DC Water policies.

In this role, you will assist with emergency response plans, perform monthly compliance reporting and field sampling, as well as lab instrumentation. Primary Role
Responsible for collecting samples from the treatment plant or distribution system, performing routine water quality analyses, sample custody, data entry, compliance reporting and recordkeeping.

The mission of the MSTP is to provide training in MAGTF across the range of military operations, within the context of a Joint and/or Combined Task Force environment, to improve the warfighting skills, with the main effort of providing training and support.
Requirements
Create (new) and/or modify (existing), and install databases for the simulation systems, included in MSTP exercises.
Ensure the simulation system or federation technically supports the planned training exercise, advising on ways to prevent or work around technical difficulties.
Prepare written simulation control plans for all MSTP exercises.
Maintain and design simulation system Response Cell diagrams.
Provide functional area expertise as an Fires Instructor Controller (IC).
Become familiar with the training audience's OPORD to facilitate response cell operations.
Participate in structured orders development and rehearsals to ensure an accurate representation of the training audience's operations in simulation models.
Establish simulation federations and databases to accurately represent all forces and interactions.
Conduct operational testing and testing to evaluate simulation database and parametric data (weapons, equipment, personnel, and complex asset performance within the simulation), including the OPFOR, and ensure that models are accurate representations of forces for exercises/training events/wargames.
Provide training to the Subordinate Unit Response Cells (SURCs) on modeling and simulation procedures and workarounds monitoring adherence to these procedures.
Recommend simulation event adjudications and mitigation actions to resolve simulation or event discrepancies during MSTP exercises.
Report all events requiring adjudication (whether a simulation anomaly or operator error) to the Senior Controller (SC) or Simulation Control Officer (SCO).
Inject, document and report on Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) actions during an exercise.
Submit Software Trouble Reports (STRs) and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs).
Submit comments on exercise issues and their recommended corrections for inclusion into the M&S after action report (AAR).
Desired Skills/Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Fires as it pertains to MAGTF operations.
Mid-Level - Bachelor's Degree, 3+ Years Direct Relevant Experience
Proficiency using MS Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook skills.
Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
