Here's what you need:
+ Workday Financials Partner Certification
+ Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Consultant, or similar level role
+ Minimum of 2 years of hands on Workday Financials QTC (Quote-To-Cash) experience

You are:
A Business Development Analyst who focuses on identifying and engaging prospective customers by handling inbound sales lead calls, making outbound follow-up calls, qualifying opportunities, setting up qualified prospects.
The Work:
* Understands and communicates Navisite part of Accenture's value proposition in general and as it relates to unique needs of each prospect.
* Proactively and reactively generates qualified prospect meetings via email, LinkedIn, direct calls, etc.
* Successfully manages and overcomes prospect objections.
* Qualifies all prospects prior to booking meetings.
* Educates prospects on Navisite part of Accenture's solutions and value proposition.
* Builds trust and rapport with prospects.
* Educates on vital lead information prior to holding scheduled meetings with prospects. • Schedules, attends, and documents sales meetings.
* Schedules, attends, and documents secondary and/or technical meetings with appropriate internal support staff.
* Follows up with prospects post sales meetings and secondary/technical meetings - providing content, documents, pricing, etc..
* Keeps accurate, up-to-date information on all prospect interactions and communications in Salesforce.
* Updates lead and opportunity stages and captured information in accordance with the Navisite part of Accenture's Sales Process.
* Keeps Marketing management informed on all lead gen efforts and results.
* Strategizes with Marketing and Sales team members to maximize lead gen
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Qualification
Here's what you need:
* Minimum of 1 year experience in an outbound sales or BDR/SDR role
* Minimum of 1 year experience in a technology sales capacity (software implementations (Oracle, Microsoft, ServiceNow, JDE, etc.) cloud migrations, managed services, professional services, etc.)
* Minimum of 1 year experience meeting a sales lead quota (ie: booking two new meetings month)
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
